Anyone willing to share Photoshop template/files that you've built? I'm just getting into this (mainly for my kids sports), but would love to have different options.

Here's a sample of what I did my DD's soccer team. Once I built the template, I did one for each member of the team (about 30 minutes each), had them printed at Meijer and gave them to the parents.

Anyone interested?

I'm working on a template for polaroids. I'm remembering (but not seeing on google) old polaroid film that would have a design (for birthdays) that would develop with your photo. I'm trying to recreate that idea with a variety of designs (so far a bunch of holiday and one Disney that I pulled together super quick). I think I'd want to add a small black border or something to this template, and eventually I'd like to add some sort of layer mask that would mimic polaroid processing.

Hey Sam, that looks GREAT!:thumbsup2 If I had any to share I would have been more than happy to.....as long as you didn't laugh at my lack of creativeness :lmao:

I don't have any either... I'm slowly learning how to do things with Photoshop. But this is very cool!

Thanks guys (gals?)!
I am still learning Photoshop myself. My main advantage is I have some graphic artists at my work that deal with Photoshop every day. So when I can't do something, I can bring in my work or simply ask them how to do it and they'll show me. Then I need to remember how 8 hours later when I get home.:lmao:

I don't feel I'm creative either. I know I like the look of a 'cutout' and then smaller 'action' pictures. Once I got the different pictures, I experimented with the layer properties to put on the shadows and the glows.

For the above, my coworkers taught me about using 'layer masks' which made it REALLY easy to change the smaller pictures. If you're interested, drop me a PM and I'll send you the photoshop file that has all the layers & masks (in PS7, I need to copy the mask from one layer to the new one when I change images). BTW, this looks REALLY good when printed 8x10".

I took every picture on the poster (including the background), so feel free to use.
