Telynn's Stick Figure Families - Please read 1st post!

Is there anyone who can tell me how to make these shirts. We are leaving for our first visit on the 14th it is two of our daughters birthdays and the DH and I's 10 yr anniversary. I wanted to make these shirts up to wear the first day.

We are heading to WDW in September and love the stick figures. My mom and sister just got back this morning. My mom said you have to do these shirts for the trip. Since you won't be doing anymore until September, do you have any suggestions of somewhere else I can go? Thanks so much!!!
