Tell us your favorite part of any WDW attraction

I love the theming of the lobby of the hotel in ToT. The dusty lobby filled with cobwebs and "personal" belongings really transports me back to that bygone era of 1930s Hollywood (or what I imagine it was).

I like the part on Splash where you drop a little and come right back up (you're inside the mountain, before the big drop)- kind of a roller coaster move. I will never forget the first time I went on it at DL- that little surprise was awesome!

Wow! so many different favourites - I am a sucker for the weepy stuff - I love the end of the Animation tour - when you get to sit and watch all those animated clips - and Dumbo's mum is swaying him.... that's just sooo - see what I mean - i'm tearing up over here!

Tied with this is the preshow to Muppet 3D - it's soooo funny....:jester:

I'm not sure if this really counts, since it's not actually INSIDE the attraction, but all I have to do is hear the music from Peter Pan & I'm 'home!' I tell DH all the time that he can't leave me standing there because I'd just start bawling my eyes out. No other place in the 'world' gets to me quite so much!

Well since Splash Mountain is my favorite ride my favorite part is the "laughing place"

Also in ToT when you move through and see the people and the other neat things.

And of course the end of HM with the mirrors and the ghosts, my favorite ghost is the hitchiking one!

I loved the 'hot feet' on the walls at the beginning of World of Motion... just thinking about it gives me the goofiest grin.

In Space Mountain when you go uphill in the tunnel just before you take off- love that little bit of waiting before the ride actually begins.

Also in Small World, the hula dancers never fail to amuse me. They are the cutest things. :D

have to agree the three two one on r-n-r it is just fantastic. after persauding my ds 6 to ride he says this is his favorite two

i love the takeoff of RNRC, its great, and i can't tell you how many times me and my boyfriend say "don't forget my black les paul" as joe perry says in the preshow to RNRC (we rode that ride about 5 times during spring break). i also love the end of every ride listening to people say "how great was that" and seeing the different reactions of kids and adults alike. it just makes me smile. leave it to disney to make these great attractions that everyone love.

I love the song in COP at the end of each seen. Also love the Haunted Mansion when the carts begin to go down backwards.

Well I know Fantasmic is a show, but it's my very favorite attraction, so all of it :p .

Also the end of the GMR, I love movies!

Buzz Lightyear Ranger Spin....

My favorite part is watching and listening to Buzz talk before boarding the ride. Makes me feel like I have the skills to defeat Zurg ;)

This has been such a fun thread, I'm bumping it for more tales of Disney magic!:D

Asked DS for his favorite-the beginning of Illuminations, when the fireworks first go off in time to the music. Illuminations was definitely his favorite WDW attraction.

Also asked DS for his fav part and it was when your laser gun fires up in Buzz Lightyear. Mine has to be those first few seconds of Illuminations. WOW!

The winking girl laying on her stomach at ISW. She doesn't do it all the time.

At the end of certain rides when you go and look at the picture that was taken during the ride and see the expressions on people's faces. Priceless.

It's not an attraction per say, but my fave, and I can't get it out of my head, is the spanish Please Stand Clear Of The Doors on the Monorail, lol!!!

I love...

*the ballroom scene in HM
*the FSU gopher in SM
*the burning Rome smell in SSE
*"We wants the redhead!" in POTC

I love looking at the stars and galaxies in psace mountain - the flashing lighted tunnel at the beginning also

and the foyer of the haunted mansion when the ceiling rises

And when pocahontas holds the leaves over the hiden fan and they fly into the air

but mostly the best part of any attraction is the smile on my daughters face
