Tell me what you like to cook when it Snow's!

Snow is coming in this afternoon, I did not take anything out for dinner yet. So what do you like to cook when it snow's?

I'm making a quick chicken and dumplings.

So easy, brown up chicken breast, cut up and put into cream of chicken soup with milk. Make dumpling out of buisquick put into chicken and soup mixture and my guys love it. Takes about 40 minutes to make start to finish.

I make some small pasta to go with it. It fills them up and it's yummy.

Bag of popcorn. Plain and simple...gets me back on the counch and under the cover quicker.

Well, we had snow this weekend. So about 4" on ground and mighty cold at 3 degrees.

Chili and sandwiches sounds good tonight.

My DH is making dinner tonight, well at least part of it. He put pork roast and sauerkraut in the crock pot! I get to make the mashed potatoes and corn.

Home made stews and soups always make the house smell great and kitchen feel warm, followed up by fresh baked bread or a batch of cookies to go with the hot coco.

The snow is coming down pretty hard right now, it's really pretty outside!

Right now I have a pumpkin pie baking in the oven, and for dinner tonight I'm making Pasta Fagioli.

I have chicken noodle soup in the slow cooker right now. So tonight I guess its chicken noodle soup and sandwiches. I also like chili on a cold snowy day. Yum!

I'm making fettuccini alfredo. Will get french bread from the store. A good, warming, hearty dinner for tonight. Yum!
