It's clean, comfortable (the beds are really the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel), the staff is wonderful-- very helpful and kind. The rooms are nice and large. They are well insulated-- although some people on the freeway side of building one have complained about freeway noise, we were on the Disney facing side, and while the noise was very obvious from the balcony, inside the room it was very quiet and well-insulated. Maid service was like magic-- always done before our midday break, but we never saw them. Except once, mid-afternoon during our break, a knock at the door- it was the maid service supervisor, who just wanted to ask us if the service had been to our satisfaction the last couple of days, and did we need anything else! We loved the water-play area and the hot tub. The convenience shop is stuffed full of all kinds of necessities and food items, some that can be warmed in your microwave, etc. milk, juice, cereal, all that stuff.
And on, and on... I don't know how many times I've said it... we won't stay anywhere else, now. Especially with the Entertainment rate.
