1. How many square feet is it? 800sf
2. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you have? 1/1
3. Do you have a garage, carport..? 2 garages (we bought an extra one)
4. Carpet, tile, hardwood, or other? Carpet and tile
5. Do you have a patio or porch? yes
6. Do you have a laundry room? yes
7. What are your favorite features of the house? high ceilings (12 ft+), looks out on woods/nature preserve both sides.
8. If you can go back or change anything about your house what would it be? 1 extra bedroom
9. If you were going to purchase another home, what are some of the things that you "must have" extra bed/bath, large kitchen, acre or more
10. Are your applicances gas, electric or combination? electric
11. What type of stove do you have (flat burner, raised, whatever, what brand, do you recommend it? GE-very good.
12. Anything else you would like to add?
13. If you don't mind sharing, can you give a range of what you paid for your house? Did it increase in value? $158,900 in May with extra garage/same units with no garage selling for $269,000+ now
14. Did you house come with the appliances? yes
15. Who paid the closing cost? How much were your closing cost? We paid. I forget-$2,000 I think.

1. How man square feet is it? @1100 sq feet above grade plus a 90% finished basement.
2. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you have? 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths
3. Do you have a garage, carport..? We have a detached 2 1/2 car garage, with an extra parking space next to it.
4. Carpet, tile, hardwood, or other? Carpet mostly (replaced in 2004) and tile in kitchen and baths.
5. Do you have a patio or porch? We have a small front porch and a brick paved patio in the back.
6. Do you have a laundry room? Yes and it is about 10x12 and located in the basement.
7. What are your favorite features of the house? 1) I have the largest yard on my block. 2) I am less than five minutes away from several major expressways in the Metro Chicagoland area.
8. If you can go back or change anything about your house what would it be? Too many things to list, but the main things would be 1) Need more closet space. 2) Larger kitchen (I have a galley-style and I hate it!) 3) Need at least 2 full bathrooms. 3) All bedrooms on the same level.
9. If you were going to purchase another home, what are some of the things that you "must have": Plan on moving later this year and I will not even consider a house that does not have: 4 bedrooms (one must be a dedicated mbr w/full--not 3/4 bath) 2 full bathrooms and powder room; family room that is adjacent to the eat-in kitchen; attached 2 car garage.

13. If you don't mind sharing, can you give a range of what you paid for your house? Did it increase in value? We paid $110k in 1995. We have not had it recently appraised, but a smaller, less modern house down the street is listed for $212k.
14. Did your house come with the appliances? Yes, but we added the d/w.
15. Who paid the closing costs? How much were your closing costs? We paid--probably a couple thousand.
