We stayed mini concierge Contemporary 12 floor and we enjoyed it, our DN, age 12 thought it was something to have to use his room key to get the elevator to stop on our floor, we didn't utilize the breakfast options like we should have as it was his first visit and we had already planned Character breakfasts for most mornings, Dh and I are considering concierge for our next trip, but are considering different hotels and concierge options,
thanks for your imput :D

Hey Kim in TN, we live up the road from you in Spring Hill. Small world!! Anyway, we too have stayed in the Tower Club in the Contemporary and we loved the Magic Kingdom view but honestly thought the concierge light thing was not worth it!! However, that being said, we have stayed in the Beach Club concierge and also the Polynesian Garden view concierge. We have stayed at many WDW resorts but have only experienced concierge in these 3 resorts. The BC concierge was great when we stayed there last Dec. but the lounge itself was very small and could be very crowded if you go during a busy season!! When we went it was virtually empty last Dec.. They honestly had a lot of great offerings morning, afternoon, and early evening!! The Poly. concierge is another great 1. If I had to vote, the Poly would win because of the Hawaii Bldg. and the size of the lounge itself. Very nice staff at both BC and Poly but Poly wins by a hair if for no other reason, LOCATION!!!!! You can view the castle and see the fireworks from the Poly lounge and they even pipe in the music!! As well as the monorail and the TTC for going to Epcot in a pinch.. Sorry this is long, but just thought we would add our 2 cents!! Either way you won't go wrong, especially if you get a discount like we have several times!! Good luck, Chip64.

We had our first Concierge experience last December at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and I can honestly say that I've NEVER seen my DH SO relaxed in his life!!

It got to the point where he'd cut his days short in the parks (either get there late or get away early) because he enjoyed AKL SOOOOOO much!!

He's a coffee addict, and the machine that they have in the Lounge just about fulfilled his every dream. And let's not forget the fresh oatmeal/raisin cookies!! And the PBJ with the crusts cut off, like little pockets!
For me it was much simpler..... they had my "everything" bagels, which I've never found anywhere else on property- and they made my morning!!

It is out of the way, but that was almost the best part! And the wildlife on the Savannahs were something to see!!

Good Luck!!

Thanks everyone for the hints and tips.
I've narrowed it down to the Poly for CR club tower,
CR is so convient to MK although by everyone's experiences
the Poly seems to have better Concierge, or at least more reports of such. Help me make up my mind :p

We have stayed at the Poly Concierge mostly & the AKL concierge once. We enjoyed the AKL but really missed the location & Concierge room at the Poly. The lounge is so open & the view is wonderful. We find the location to the pool & also the beach & boat to the MK to be so convenient. We try other resorts whenever we can but the end of our trip we always switch back to the Poly Concierge, it's the best location for us. Have a great time whatever you decide!
