Lecach -- have you ever been to Holly Ridge Smokehouse? My DH is so afraid it's Sonny's-type barbecue instead of real NC barbecue.

luckey-lasvegas -- Is your DH's family from NC? That might be a vote for it being real Q.

I think I'm making this too hard, but planning for 67 people is a lot of responsibility!

We leave on Friday for a week in Topsail! We've never been but have heard it's a gorgeous part of NC. I've been to Emerald Isle and the Outer Banks several times. I'll report back after the 27th.
