Tell me about timeshare Wyndham or RCI

I was looking at timeshare resales and some of the prices are really good, but since I don't own a timeshare I can't look at points/weeks rates at different resorts. I found 105000 annual Wyndham points that can also be deposited into an RCI account, but I don't know the points per night conversion. Can anyone help me? Is there other sites besides RCI or Wyndham that I can find out how much certain resorts are per night?

Also if you have a Wyndham timeshare do you love it? The 105000 points I found has maintenance fees of $613 per year. Is that high?

The best place to do this research is here: TUG - The Timeshare Users Group. I have a Starwood timeshare (Harborside at Atlantis) and a DVC-BLT. I don't know anything about Wyndham, but there's an active board on TUG that will lead you in the right direction.
