Oooookay then, allow me to clarify - having to go outside and down the way to a general public bathroom is not my idea of a satisfactory TS experience. And if it had even been "efficient", maybe I would give it a second chance, but spending over an hour waiting to get a so-so sandwich (40+min past ADR to be seated, 20+min to have orders taken and food served) has turned me off of this place. I did not expect it to be Kona or CG, but I did have some hopes for decent food in a reasonable time-frame, neither of which did I experience. Cheers to those who have had better experiences there, just consider me one less person to have to fight over tables with

Oh, maybe you misunderstood me. I wanted to make you feel better by letting you know that even though it's one of our favs, I would't classify it as great. I thought then perhaps you wouldn't have felt so let down by the restaurant. Not having bathrooms in the restaurant is very inconvenient, of this I totally agree!

I am sorry you had a bad experience - I was just trying to make you feel better by letting you know that from a Plaza lover like myself, I don't consider it great. It's usually good!
