What is there to do there? Please let me know what you know.

Not sure exactly what you are asking. There are 5 restuarants there a dance hall, Wyland Gallery, couple of gift shops. If you are looking more about the resort, look under wdwinfo.com under the resorts and you can find allot of info there.

We love strolling around the Boardwalk at night! We start with dinner at Palio (at the Swan), then walk down to the Boardwalk to watch the street performers and play the carnival games! We love to watch the Epcot fireworks from the bridge, then walk over to Beaches & Cream for a treat! :lovestruc

:earsgirl: We really like to eat a Spoodles - we enjoy breakfast and dinner here. We have stayed at the Dolphin the last couple of years and every evenimng on our way back to the room if we are coming back from Epcot or MGM (we always walk) we go by the bakery for a late night snack.

Sometimes we spend the first part of the day there - we rent a scurry bike for a either an hour or half hour and ride it around the board walk area - be ready for a work out if you do this - going up those hills will tire you quickly - but coming down the hills are lots of fun.

We love to go in the evenings and watch the shows that are there - magic shows etc. things you would have seen on the Atlantic Boardwalk years ago.

THe board walk area is just a nice place to unwind after your day in the park - it is a very peaceful place which offers alot of beautiful views. I wish I were there now!

We are there at Christmas and the have carolers in front of the Boardwalk Reosrt singing - which is really nice - makes it feel so "Christmasy".

If you have kids and you are there for the holidays check the times at The Yacht Club for the Holiday Story Teller it is usually a man - and he does a great job, he makes the story seems so real. One year he told the story of a boy and a train set and then gave the kids a gold bell at the end of the story. He was dressed like the conductor. They also have cookies and cider in the lobby.

As someone else stated earlier Beach & Cream for treats! Beaches & Cream - we love we usually have lunch or a quick dinner there at leat once during our trip - you will love this place.

There is lots of things to do in this area - go check it out I think you will be pleased. :cheer2:

We stayed there in August and it is my favorite place I have stayed so far.
heres the top 5 reasons :)

1> walk to epcot and mgm
2> jellyrolls, jellyrolls, jellyrolls
3> located where you can get an illuminations cruise
4> espn club
5> backdoor exit from epcot

I was looking to see what it was like there to visit. Not as a resort as someone asked.

I just wanted to see if I should pop in there with my DD and check it out. Seems I should and will! Thanks!
