Tell me about Target Red card

I thought you can't use Target gift cards to buy other gift cards.

Worked as of my last Disney trip in October.

Right you can't get discount on "gift cards" but Target has Disney cards as Entertainment cards". Im sorry I miss read. The red card is not a gift card.

I wasn't talking about the red card. I was talking about Target gift cards which the poster above said he was able to use to buy other cards. I didn't think you could do that, but it's probably for the same reason, classifying it as an entertainment card instead of gift cards.
