Our first cruise was in 7005. That's one room further aft, on the opposite side of the ship (basically a mirror image of yours). It's GREAT! Quiet location (you're on a dead end stub, so only 3 rooms will walk past you: 7000, 7001, and 7002), two flights of steps down from the pool deck, 3 flights of steps from the Walt Disney theater, etc. I also like the inside stateroom layout better for getting around in (although our free verandah upgrade on our second cruise was awesome!).
In all 5-12 staterooms, the door opens to a hallway with the bathroom (or bathrooms for 5-10) on one side and closet on the other. For inside staterooms, this hall opens into the "living room" which has a couch (folds into a twin bed), a small coffee table (that can come up and down to be used as a TV tray), desk, built in TV. There is a curtain that divides the "sleeping room". The sleeping room has a queen bed with a nightstand on either side, and a steamer trunk across from the foot of the bed. For an outside stateroom, the living and sleeping rooms are flipped (so your couch is by the view. For us, this meant we kept bumping into the bed on our way to the living room.
If I were you, I'd take that room with pleasure! Happy cruising!
