Tell me about renting out points

Ok I have never done this but friends of mine asked me if I would consider renting out some of my points. I told them I would give them an answer this weekend. Ok since I have never done this how do I figure out what to charge them? How does this renting process work? Can someone please help me?

Basically, you make a reservation for them, in their name, using your points. You can charge whatever you feel is fair. Most points rent in the $10 per point range, friend may charge a little less, since there likely won't be any problems collecting the agreed upon sum. Be sure to discuss any cancellation policy you may wish to extend to them, but most folks have a no refund policy.

They will never be able to contact MS. So if they want the Dining plan or Magical Express, you will have to add it for them.
