Tell me about park opening NOW at Ca Adventure

So, it used to be that the park opened at 9:30 and you could ride Soarin' and/or get in line for Toy Story. Now that Little Mermaid is open, what has changed?

When are the gates opening?
Which rides are operating at the "early" time?
Are they still doing the line up for TSM, or has that gone away?

Any hints/tips on what to see/do first?
