I have always flown Delta or Continental out of Newark but now with the awful airfare and schedules were probably going to take the hike to JFK and fly Jet Blue.

Any reviews or suggestions??

I can't tell you anything about Jet Blue, although I've heard great thngs about them. However, you may want to look into flying Spirit out of Atlantic City. They have been known to have very cheap fares. You may also want to look into Philly if it's not too far. Now that Southwest and Airtran are flying out of Philly fares to MCO have dropped considerably. Hopefully you are not too far from either of those airports.

We flew Jet Blue for the first time in Dec. 03 and we loved it. The seats were much roomier and they're all leather seats. The TV in each of the seats in front of you REALLY helps the time go by. W/ all these satalite channels, we didn't realize we were landing in 10 mins!

They gave us the usual beverages, and gave us a choice of funky blue chips, nachos, or animal crackers as snacks instead of peanuts. There are two exits for the plane, if you sit in the back you can exit through that way, sometimes it's to the tarmac then to the luggage pick up (This is what my BIL told me, we sat pretty up front last time, we didn't get to see if it was true).

We live in Jersey also, but we flew out of JFK and it was worth it.

And the prices were unbeatable! We're heading back to WDW in May and we booked Jet Blue again. ($190 pp tax included). The only advise is bring your own headphones, the ones they give you for the tv are pretty standard and...crummy

I hope this helps! ENJOY!

LOVE LOVE LOVE JetBlue.

Flew them in Feb out of Boston, and they were GREAT!!!!!

It was winter break week here, and the airports were MOBBED. These folks at JetBlue could not have been nicer or more cheerful. Plus, both flights left on time, arrived early. Cool snacks (DS age 6 was AMAZED by the Blue Terra Chips) Boarding and deplaning by 2 exits really speeds things up. Satellite TV at each seat is really cool, the prices can't be beat.

I would NOT hesitate to book with them again.

My 12 year old niece hates long trips, and we flew with her to Atlanta from Long Beach on Jetblue - she doesn't want to fly on other airlines. The flight attendants were so nice to her (trying to steal her candy), the pilot had her come into the cockpit for a picture after the flight, and she LOVED the TV (she watched the Game Show Network the whole time).

We are flying Jetblue to Boston in October, and have flown them to DC as well as Atlanta (where they don't fly anymore, unfortunately). I can't imagine flying any other airline if I can fly Jetblue.

Thanks to all for the information! I think Jet Blue is the winner for our next trip. DS16 will love the TV and I'll love the roomier seats.Even with paying for car service to JFK its still cheaper to fly out of JKF!!

We are taking our first trip on JetBlue next month and are really looking forward to it. The TVs should entertain the kids (and parents). The times were perfect for us and the price was the best we found.

I'll be flying them all the time if their service is as good as their value.
