Technology phone number?!

Hi - tried to search for this and can't find anything but think people have referred to it in posts. I need to reach technology due to an issue with my friend getting signed up on MY Disney Experience.He spent an hour on phone with Disney yesterday, and is still not able to log in. Does anyone have a good number to use? Tks!

I think that you need to be transferred to the group after the proper procedures and attempts have been tried by the other CM's.
