Technical help with code on Disney

I have stuff in my cart...I had code Visamagic1005 in and then today saw the 25% off code and entered it but found out it is only for Christmas. when I removed that code it also took out the other code and now will not let me enter it ...I removed cookies, logged off, turned the computer off, tried on my other computer and I can not get it to take the code. I checked Visa and it is good until Nov 15. What am I doing wrong...could anyone go and see if they can get it to work and give me any hints about what I am doing wrong. Thank you for any help I am stymied. Carol

Have you already used that particular code?? If so, you can't use it twice.

No I didn't use this code before.....I even used my husbands computer and logged in as him????? I had it in my cart You know on the bottom where it says apply and when I removed the TREE 25 code it removed the Visa code too and will now not let me use any code.

I would try taking everything out and starting your order again.

The TREE25 code only works for items in the Christmas Shop and for online only. So I would do one order for $75 for only Christmas items to get the free shipping. The phone rep told me that the apparel on the Festive Fashions page would be added tomorrow - it was a system problem that caused it not to apply the discount today. Also they will be adding Hanukkah to the TREE25 promotion tomorrow.

Then I would do another order for $75 of non-Christmas Shop items and use the visa code.

It's the only way to get both promotions - and you get free shipping on both so there is no cost to you.

I did take every thing out and only have in non Christmas items....there is no way I can get this Visa code back in there it doesn't even say not valid or already used ( I know that happened before) I just hope my stuff doesn't sell out. I am so frustrated...It was in the cart this after noon and then dissapeared when I tried to delete the Tree25 code, it took them both out and now will not let me add them back.

Try going partially through checkout and adding your Disney Visa. Sometimes the code won't kick in until you put in you Disney Visa card number.

If not..call them. They'll put it through manually for you.

Thank you I guess I will have to call. I'll bet it has something to do with them fixing the stacking problem that they had. I had the code applied (VISA) and then tried the Tree25 code only to find out it worked only on one item so I tried to remove that code and it took the Visa code out too and now will not let me put it back in...I enter in box and it refreshes and removes it ..the screen looks the same as before. I know once before I had used a code before and it would give a message code used only once, it doesn't even say that it just does nothing.... I even emailed them and they stupidly send the same canned response. You wonder if they look for key word and just send pre written responses. Sorry just venting. Thank you for answering.

I had to call because of a code problem last week and they told me that they WILL NOT take codes on telephone orders! So I told them I WOULD NOT be ordering anything !

Well I had to call Guest Services , was on the phone for 40 min but I got my order, or think I did, and my 15%. Had to get a supervisor but got it done. The CM was very nice, the supervisor was short and snippy and was ready to pass me off quick but authorized the discount. We'll see what I get. I haven't gotten any confirmation yet and the figures were off but she read me back the order so we will see. Thank for all the input....thought you might appreciate the supervisor told me to go to the library and place my order on their computers!!!! I informed him I have 2 computer and 2 ISP lines and still could not get the code to work, don't know if he believed me.
