Any free/easy way to convert an M4P file to an MP3 or WAV file?

There are lots of programs on download.com that will do it, but you'll end up with a low quality music file in the end. If you have a CD burner, you can do this:

In Itunes, burn songs to a CD in CDA format (for listening in a regular CD player). From there, you can use Windows Media Player or a similar program to rip to MP3.
