Teams posting of miles/hours

Hi....I hate to be a pain, but I thought somewhere down the line someone said (and it is reiterated in many team starting posts) that each team would post their weekly miles/hours on the first page of the monthly threads.

And granted, maybe it's none of my business how other people are doing, but some teams don't have them....or they have their own spreadsheet with a separate link, etc....
Can the totals at least be put on those first posts?

I'm curious how things are going, and I don't mind clicking on the team post, but if I then have to go to a whole other site, or dig through a thread, or not find it at all, what's the point?

I can't really speak to the other teams, but 'Ohana was under the impression that we were recording miles by month. The majority of my team hasn't reported any miles yet. If we're mistaken, someone let us know and we'll start reporting mileage on a weekly basis.
 
Teams are taking care of how people on their teams are reports. We are only posting Monthly totals in the first post of that month. So at the end on February the totals will go up. On the Warriors some team members are keeping track of their own miles and minutes and some are using a spreadsheet to help members keep track. We are posting what we are doing, but the captain and co-captain are no longer required to total up everyone posted miles and minutes, this got to be just WAY to much.
At the end of February you will be able to go to each teams first page and see what they have been up to. This also helps out Dave and Susies from trying to keep track of ALL the teams and such.
Just trying to change it up this year and make it easier for people.

Yes Debra is correct, to make it easier on the captains the monthly totals are posted on the first page of the mionthly thread. Of course if a team wanted to keep the totals updated weekly that would be fine. But from the feedback I got the captains often can't get reports weekly from some members.

Right now especially the teams are growing and we have a new team about to come on line also.

The Ds are doing awesome and would be tough to beat. I think each of you have made tremendous personal improvements.

Thanks, Carrie....but I don't have access to that. (part of why I wanted to make sure the tallies will be posted somewhere--when it's time)

No worries...I'll just check on everyone at the start of March.

That was one of the problems with the spreadsheets getting the right people access to them. The buzz word for this year's team competition is make it easier for everyone.

We have some wonderful natural leaders for our captains and co captains. Speaking of we have just today started a new team, the Rebel Alliance under the leadership of Scoolover and Suzann. Please welcome them and support them.
