Hey everyone. I haven't posted on here in like 6 months but I would like to get back into it. I did this competition last year but dropped out because I started working a swing shift over the summer and really didn't feel like excercising on the weird sleep schedule. Anyway, if theres room on a team I'd like to join. I plan on starting a program on monday. I am running the half marathon in 2010 so I need all the motivation I can get. Thanks
