Team Renfroe - Pre-Trip Report for May 15-22, 2009 **Final Chapter**

Well, things are moving right along with the plans for opening a new hot dog restaurant. We got our LLC papers finalized last week, got our federal tax ID number, and opened a bank account. This week, we will finalize the lease for the building, and meet with the local building inspector for a walk-through.

In addition, I found a key piece of equipment we need for sale on ebay. Since it is SO heavy, the freight was going to be outrageous. As it turns out, the guy selling the item lives in Swainsboro, Georgia. He will allow me to pick up the item in person on our way back from Disney World! Swainsboro would be out of the way from the way we would normally go home, but we have determined an alternate route. After leaving WDW on Friday, May 22, we will drive over to Daytona, get on I-95 North, and try to make it as far as Savannah, GA. The next morning, we will drive to Swainsboro and meet at 9am to pick up the equipment.

How cool is that?

Very cool! It is all coming together! I can't tell you how excited I am to have another Team Renfroe TR to look forward to! Hope you all have a fantastic trip. I know I don't have to tell you but take lots of pictures!!

That is great that you were able to make those arrangements to pick up your equipment after your Disney trip. You'll have to post pics of the restaurant once you get things up and running. Will you have a website for the restaurant?

Just popping in to wish you and your family (that is - your real life family and your DIS clan too!) - a wonderful trip!

Your plans look great and I'm really looking forward to your next trip/dining reports! I'm super jealous that I can't join you all, but now that DGD is older those May trips just don't work out for us anymore - too many school and other activities. And that's my favorite time for Disney too! Oh well, you keep going in May and I'll keep using your reports to plan our trips in the fall!

Oh.. and tell DW and DD they will love the GF tea!

Isn't that cool? DW & I were saying that pickup up that equipment on the way back from Disney may end up being one of those stories you tell your grandchildren!

We will definitely have a web site for the restaurant. One of my very best friends is the webmaster for Jacksonville State University. He is already in the process of building a site for us. When it is up and running, I will post the url.

Thanks! I understand about DGD getting older with all of the school activities. We are approaching this trip as if it were our last. It will definitely be the last Disney vacation for quite a while. I plan to take LOTS and LOTS of pictures for the trip report!

We were super disappointed that Space Mountain was going to be closed during our trip. So much so, that we decided to only go to MK for one day. Prior to our first REAL trip last year, we had taken the kids to the MK for a one-day visit once before...so we've pretty much done everything. However, we are planning to go again on Wednesday after the waterparks, but before our dinner reservations at California Grill if time permits.

Hello Luis! All the best to you and your family. DD says that the main reason she wanted a camera for Christmas was so that she could take her OWN pictures at Disney World!! SO...we are expecting to have TWICE the amount of photos in our new trip report.

Ooh, that sounds good. What is in that Miami Vice?

I'm a light drinker, so I loved it. 1/2 Pina Colada then 1/2 Strawberry Daq. I honestly could detect no alcohol at all, so if you want more "bang" for the buck, I'd seriously recommend adding the shot for $1 to it.

Very yummy though!
