I would love it in the Finding Nemo section. Because I am very Dori-like--I guess because I have a lot going on in my life between my teaching job, kids' schools & kids' needs, dad & his needs, house, church, gym, etc.... Plus I LOVE the Nemo musical at AK, we see it whenever we're there. Cool question!

Just keep swimming! Dory does seem to be like the Energizer Bunny, she just keeps going, and I know you do, too!
I think I'd have to go with The Little Mermaid because I love to sing! I love the music from all the films, but I especially love how it's such a big part of the storyline in The Little Mermaid.

I think you'd fit right in Under the Sea! It's hard not to be positive when you are singing!
Happy Friday Team! Well I just got off the treadmill, I completed 2 miles and sitting here mustering up some energy to get ready for work and step on the scale. I have a semi veg out weekend planned, but really want to get the courage up to try a spin class at the new gym not far from me. I used to love spin at my old gym, but starting a new class with new people is hard! Have a great day everyone!
New people can be intimidating, but I bet you will fit right in! And if you don't, you don't know them and you can just move on -- you are in the perfect position!
QOTD: I would probably choose to be in The Lion King section or Little Mermaid. I love the colors and music of both so it would be hard to pick a favorite.
I think Tigger belongs on the African Savannah, I can see you bouncing through that movie!
I lost 2 pounds!!!

Which might not sound like much, but DH was OOT and will be until a week from now so it's just me and the preschoolers for two weeks and I was hoping for a no gain week!
I've been super busy (as in falling behind on my DISigns) and not posting but I do lurk when I'm feeling meh about this whole diet thing.
Congratulations, 2 lbs seems like plenty to celebrate to me!
I am happy to report that even with my one day falling off the wagon and my fewer workouts this week that I am down 1.4 lbs this week! I'm still .4 lbs heavier than my low in the middle of the week before something evil possessed me and made me go out to dinner. lololol. Well, there's always next week, right? Actually, that's setting myself up for disaster. THERE'S ALWAYS THE REST OF TODAY! That's better. My daughter once told me: "Mom, you can start your day over any time you want to". How sweet. Must have been one of those mornings.
Great attitude! I always say (but don't always follow

) that consistency is key. If you have many more days doing what you need to for you than not, you will get the results you want!
QOTD Friday: I would pick Nemo. I find encouragement that Nemo doesn't let his 'lucky fin" stop him from doing anything.
Nope, Nemo is an adventurer, and he's eager to take on the world!
good morning teammies, well just a bit o'morning left
it was a really busy week for me, i wish i'd had more time to keep up with the chatter and inspiration, as sadly i had to report a gain this week
thanks Michele for coaching last week and to Maria for coaching this week!!
i have taken this morning to dive into my 'hot spots' and declutter...i'm nearing a point to stop and finish up later this weekend as i need to run some errands, but really what i should do is a WATP before showering...i'm not motivated i will admit.
CONGRATS and CYBER HIGH FIVES to our LOSERS and MAINTAINERS!!!!
Decluttering is always good -- are you doing the Super Fling Boogie? I need to make an effort. I have entire areas I haven't touched. I need to grasp that 15 minutes does make a big difference, and just do it!
I got up this morning and just did the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (my last day on the week 1 workout). I needed to start work, so I skipped the bike today, but I still broke a great sweat for that workout. I'm watching food carefully today because tonight is date night, and we're headed to our favorite restaurant! My favorite dessert ever is there (a dark chocolate torta palla), and I'm planning on having that. It'll all work...right?
I

date night and it is so smart you are planning ahead

, have a wonderful time! I've informed dh he is taking me to see
One for the Money next weekend!
Hi Mickey's--great job to everyone. I had a really good week. I got my workout in every day except Thursday (which I had planned because we're on the go for 13 hours that day between work and gymnastics). I stayed within my calories every day as well. Luckily, the scale agreed this morning! We had a snow day today so the kids and I are just hanging out enjoying eachother.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend--make sure you take a few minutes for yourself!
Enjoy that

day! We have a couple inches, and more coming tomorrow. Sounds like you had a fabulous week!
Well, today is a "flood day." Earlier in the week we had a late start because of snow. Yesterday the school district did an automatic phone call to everyone and told them they were welcome to pull their kiddo from school at any time. DS2 said there were 10 people in his last 2 classes! DS1 had an appointment in the morning and when he went to school the 12 minute drive took him 40 because of all the street closures! Today is better and the creek nearest our house (but still way too far away to flood us) is back in its channel.
I've already gotten my 3 mile walk in (crossing that creek a couple of times!) and returned a bunch of bottles/cans. Now I need to develop a plan and hit the grocery store. We've been eating "let's see what's in the pantry/freezer" meals all week and I'm a little tired of being "creative."
FIL is still in the hospital; they are hoping in a couple days he'll be stable enough to move him to a rehab center and they can take care of him there. He can't swallow or stand alone and movements aren't terribly coordinated. He's been doing some physical therapy at the hospital. Not sure if DH is going to drive over tomorrow or not. He probably should tell me so I can go to the tire shop and get some chains! He'll need them to cross the mountains.
Oh my, a "flood day" sounds quite scary...but not as frightening as me trying to get creative in the kitchen

I bet you had some wonderful meals, and you will enjoy planning a new week's worth. I hope FIL recovers quickly and well
Yesterday was so busy that I never got on here

and I just lost my post.
I went to a job fair about 45 minutes away yesterday. I'm glad I went, but I don't think it will lead to anything. I also spent a lot of time job searching yesterday.
Hi
CC! Sometimes it helps just to get out there. Even if nothing comes from it this time you had some conversations, you put yourself out there, and that is the only way for things to come your way. Finding a job is well, a job in and of itself. I'm so glad you are embracing gluten-free, cooking and moving forward. It will all come together eventually
A little update on me -- just wasn't feeling the run this morning, so I postponed it until tomorrow. I'm going to sleep in, get up when I'm ready, and then knock out 12M -- followed by a lovely afternoon and evening of rest.

Ok, I've put it out there, now I have to do it! I'm trying to get in 13 before the Princess at the end of next month, and I need to move it so I can get there and be ready to taper in a couple of weeks.
Keep those weigh ins coming to
Sue!
Maria
