I take it you don't like to fly????
Well....I'd like it better if they'd let ME fly the plane and I could decide when we take off and how much time we SIT on the runway....and who sits next to me.....and how much weather we encounter......and how big the seats are......and...........;)

We can't leave too early. I paid a lot of money for Baylie to dance at this convention. I did ask the director about leaving early, because it's not over until 4pm Sunday, and she said leaving a little earlier would be fine. I'm thinking we'll head out at lunch time. :thumbsup2

Me too! lalala!!! :cutie:

They are challenging you! :lmao:
:headache: i hate that!

I'm not sure about driving with Jimmy. This will be the first since he was just shy of 2 that we have driven with him. I'm just bringing lots of DVD's, toys and books to keep him occupied. I actually ordered a bunch of new DVD's for him from the Disney Movie Club that I have put away so they will be new to him when the trip comes. :thumbsup2
I know. :scared1: It'll be interesting. We've got 2 DVD players, their DS games, and I'm downloading good music now. I'm thinking we may borrow some books on tape from the library for them to listen to also.

Todays Daily Words.....

Your Words have creative power. Just as God calls things that are not as though they were, we should also declare what we want to see in our lives. In other words, you may have days when you don't feel well, but don't go around saying, "Ah, my back has been hurting me. I'm getting so old. I don't think I'm ever going to get better."When you speak like that, you are speaking defeat into your future. Instead, turn it around. Declare a report of victory by saying, "I may not feel up to par, but I know it's only temporary. God is restoring health unto me. I'm getting stronger, healthier, and feeling younger. My best days are still up ahead."

Remember, you're going to get what you call in to your life. You have creative power in your words, and you are prophesying your future. Declare what God says about you–that you are blessed and you cannot be cursed, that you are above only and not beneath! As you call things that are not as though they were, you will see God's wonderful promises and blessing come to pass in every area of your life!

Hey Fockers!
Well, I got a 40% off code yesterday! :cool1: It seems to be good only at times which people could never actually go though........but I was excited and presented it cheerfully to the family............but Ab and Daran said.................
they wanna go to DisneyLAND. :confused3

I think that's in California..........
And you probably have to fly to get there......in an airplane......I like driving on the ground.
According to them, I can't be a TRUE Disney lover, if I've never been to the original Disney.

Hmm...........not sure how to respond or begin.....

I may be in luck here... maybe the "CODES" are getting closer.. nah.. probably a BIG
FAKE OUT!!

Katt--just tracked down your email. Did u send it? have u heard anything back?
I think you need to go to the school board.

I have sent it... Not sure what the school board would do... I should have called all of them on it last year when on of Sarabeth's teachers told her to "SUCK IT UP" just after her Tonsillectomy... Actually I should have told her... "To lay off my kid.. I have NO PROBLEM GOING BACK TO JAIL... "

I have the DVD's for Jimmy (There is a DVD player in the van) and then I will let him pick some of his action figures, Power Rangers or something that he can bring with him. I will probably also bring our Disney Scene it travel edition. Whoever isn't driving can sit in the back and play with him. He'll probably kick our butts, but it will be fun! I may get a travel version of candyland or chutes and ladders to take with us too.

I'm hoping that since we are leaving at 3:00am that he will slep for the first couple of hours of our trip...at least through the DC area.

Let us know if you get a response!

I'm sorry CE.

Thank you, V. :goodvibes

Still lots of availability with the 4/3 deal...

:) I know, I know...

I really wish we could just sit back, wait for solid answers and NOT PANIC!!!

::yes:: "Don't Panic" - best advice ever. ;)

O.K... Rant/vent ahead... and broken hearts

Katt, I'm so sorry she feels so badly. I hope next year is much better.

I'm sorry but from reading about her later on maybe it's for the best!

Well, I would think so (not cancer, obviously, but the decision to not have children) for, as I said, even more reasons that what I posted, but then I always feel bad when people can't make their OWN decisions, you know? Even if I disagree with them... :rotfl:

Fantastic!!!!

Thank you, I'm very, very excited!

I had a delivery today, I know some of you are fed up with me posting Mom's Panel stuff but tough :rotfl2:

Never! That's so cool! I'm so proud to know you. :goodvibes I talked you up to a mom at basketball last week. She said she goes to the MP site all the time. I said, "ask Jo everything, I know her and she's fantastic."

barring another Hurricane, spend the day at the pool and then have dinner someplace that night.

:rolleyes1 :rotfl:

Off to get Ellie not sure when I'll get back on

Hope you've had a good afternoon!

Thanks Dawn. The irony is, I love working here because it's so much less stressful than banking!

Everyone plz have a wonderful, happy, healthy day. :teeth:

You, too, honey!

Hmmm, I'm gonna lose Focker points, but I might agree. :scratchin: :rotfl:

Congrats on the code, though! :cool1:

About DL? I agree...you have to go at least once ::yes::

How was tennis CE?

===================================================

I am starting to hate the DDP already. Too many choices and not enough time to do them all!:headache: Although for reference in case anyone was wondering the ESPN Club takes the DDP!

Mel - Good Luck at the eye docs today.

V - Hope something comes to a resolution soon on the job front.

Katt - to you and Sarabeth. That has got to be hard on both of you. Hope you hear something soon from them.

Jo - Nice gift. Looks yummy!

 and  to all I missed!

It was fine. We alternate instructors weekly for drills between two pros, and the one today is the one I'm not terribly fond of, but that's OK. I can't decide if I don't like his attitude or his instruction, but I always leave feeling like I have had my game torn apart and haven't played well, where with the other guy, I have fun and feel good. It's possible I'm learning something more, ;) but it's not nearly as fun. :confused3

Afternoon Fockers!

Its a yucky, yucky, yucky day here! Rain and cold. Linds is in school and DR and I are home. I'm getting ready to head to the store with him. I'm thinking of doing breakfast for dinner and need to get a few things. Thinking of making a ham & cheese quiche. I've never done before so this should be interesting to see how it turns out.

I'm supposed to have a meeting later at the bank regarding my mom's trust and will but these meetings are getting so old and nothing ever gets resolved. I have to take the kids with me and then the meetings end up running late so I'm skipping out on it. Its not like I'm really needed there. I probably say less than 10 words in the 2 hours these meetings lasts

So that's it for me Fockers. Hope y'all are having a good Tuesday!

 I LOVE the DDP!

As of right now I don't like it. As Ce said earlier, I will probably like it alot better once I get there and I don't have to put any money out (other than tips and maybe the one or 2 drinks Jim and I may have). It's just that we don't usually do 7 sit down meals during an entire 12-14 day trip, now I have to plan 7 for a 7 day trip...it's killing me.

Sounds like he may have a bit of a control issue:confused3

Hi Lori :wave2:

Just a quick hello.

Dr. Seigle was nice to me today. NO needling. :goodvibes He added another drop for pressure (bringing the total drops to 5 a day) which sort of makes the surgery redundant but I trust him.

He said the next appt will be Mar 3rd and it's only to check the pressure. I asked what he's going to do as the surgery isn't working the right way. He told me we'll discuss it next time.

Thanks for all the positive vibes you guys! It makes it so much easier.

Glad you weren't needled today Mel  Will still keep the good thoughts until the March 3rd appointment!:thumbsup2

It is really nice. I love not having to think about money. I love getting to slow down and think about all the fun we've had that day. :cloud9:

Yeah! You didn't get poked by Dr. Seigle! ;)

Sounds like he may have a bit of a control issue:confused3

Well... He's the son of the couple that owns the club. The other pro is a real pro, if you KWIM. So I think he compensates some for not being as skilled as the pro by being really "I'm so good" in attitude. :confused3

Oh, Mel, that's great! :)
