Well, my son is still up and eating chili. I hope he's not like his father and gets reflux or heart burn from it. But the kid really wanted some 'fart beans!'

I got a new cell phone this afternoon and played around with it all afternoon. I found out that you can add ringbacks and pick special songs out for people. The ex gets to listen to 'Womanizer' when he calls.

Linds is already on a 2 hour delay for tomorrow morning for cold temps. Makes no darn sense! We had school normal time today even with snow and ice on the roads and they were horrible to drive on but already have a 2 hour delay for cold temps. I shouldn't complain too much though. At least its only a 2 hour delay and no cancellation, AND we get to sleep in.

I don't even know where I get donkey teeth from. Maybe I've seen too much of the teeth whiting ad at the bottom of my page? Either that or I just need a new set of glasses.

But to me it looks like (other than multiple donkey teeth) a hanging marbled heart with some kind of red swirl on it.

I keep calling my Mom..she hasnt heard from the Dr about what type of Leukemia it is yet. they told her 7-10 days. its about 10 days now. someone told her it could take 6 weeks before she knows for sure.
She told me yesterday,,that "as long as I havent heard anything, nothing is wrong with me..it was just a big dream. and the big bruises on my arms from them taking blood are not there at all!" it was funny how she said it..her spirits are way up.(so it seems anyway) My birthmom. offered to take the kids anytime I needed her or my sisters, in order to go up and spend time with my Mom. I wont take her up on it, because of everything Elizabeth has been going through..plus my Dad and his wife live up there also.

anywhooo...All you Crockpot fans out there...Janet,CE...I`m really like this one. the link is from Amazon. but Walmart has it for 10 cheaper..
I like that it has 3 bowls!! what do you think? and what does everyone else have? my Crockpot was a weeding present..20 years! but its still working fine....but still,,,,

Dawn- I went back and read the comments. Yikes! Robin may be a nice girl, but that wasn't the nicest thing. RUDE, if you ask me. Just stay here. We LOVE YOU and I have never read a Focker comment that was down right rude.

So, my drama has settled a bit - basically we've been evaluating Evan for Kinder and whilst his teachers say he's ready academically, they don't believe he's ready on a maturity level. We've decided to keep him in Pre-K one more year to give him a chance to really fine tune his skills and mature a bit. It's really hard, but he is not only my baby, but the entire baby of the family, on both sides and is treated as such.

I'm not sure where this will put my career - as I had hoped to get back into the work force this fall. But I guess things happen for a reason and I'm taking it all in with a little help from my friends.

Ahem.

So, whose gonna catch me up?

That's a bummer career-wise. But if it's best for your baby, then it'll all work out.
