The numbers that go along with each row/column of this printable Super Bowl squares sheet will be randomly drawn after all Super Bowl squares have been sold. This makes it so all players have the same opportunity to get any set of numbers. It also means you don't have to know anything about football as it all comes down to the luck of the draw.

Everyone pays the same amount to purchase a Super Bowl square. Once you have all the squares sold, you will determine what the prize pool will be. Most people award cash prizes for the score at the end of each quarter while with the (larger) cash prizes to be doled out for the winners of halftime and the end of the game.

Hey Slate? What ever happened with your DS and school? Did you have the meeting with the principal? And feel free to tell me to mind my own business...I won't be offended at all.

I had a meeting yesterday with the teacher and the principal. DS is staying put in her class for now because they only way to move him is if he and his sister switch classes.

The last time he was assessed by the IEP team, he did not qualify for services. He will be assessed again since that was 2 years ago.

Thanks Janet. Truth be told, I don't even know who is IN the Super Bowl.

I saw some pools on-line that have payouts for every score change. I like this idea as there hopefully would be more winners even if each winner gets a smaller amount.

Back from the school. I am so angry I could spit.

Things SHOULD be fixed. We spent all morning with this kid, his parents, the staff at the school, and the police.

It's such a long story. It really doesn't even matter at this point.

Let's just say...I got vocal. (understatement) Jon spoke up for himself. And this kid, his parents, and the school are on notice.

I share a big ERRRRG with you and some hugs. :grouphug:

How can parents raise a bully, know he's a bully and not feel like complete failures as parents?:sad2:

I glad Jon spoke up for himself-even though I'm sure mama was doing a great job;) .

Sometimes you just feel like dealing with some people by rolling up a magazine and smacking them on the nose and saying "No!".

Jen- Did the kid and the parents at least seem sorry? Did the police at least scare the snot out of the kid? Does Janet need to call them? ::cop:

You're too kind. They deserve much more then a smack on the nose.

No. No remorse.

No. No remorse.

Sooo.. ya think you can "take" the mom ;)

I know for a fact I would do a little "hisper" in her ear.. and make her understand.. "I WILL get physical.. do you really want to be on "Cops" with me ??.. I have no problem going back to jail.. ".. and walk out of the room.

But, I'm home, I have milk, I don't have to go do anything else today unless I WANT to, so it will be a fine day. It was just a very rocky start.

Sounds like you had quite a morning, CE. Sorry about that! Hopefully your headache is better. Mine seems to be better now. Glad you made your class, even if it was a bit late.

I'm lucky because our school is one block over in the same neighborhood. If we miss the bus, I have to go home and wait ten minutes before leaving to drive DD7 to school. They don't open the doors until 8:45! And our bus never leaves the neighborhood (we have 17 kids at our busstop alone)!

That's crazy, Jen. Parents like that should be smacked with something much harder than a newspaper! I'm glad that Jon has you to look out for him. Don't mess with Mama Bear, right?

I may or may not have said something similar. ;)

Ok what did I miss????

I was trying to read up but KC came home with Bagels...so I gave up...

We had a great dinner out last night, I had some yummy mango salmon.

Today is about getting all our errands and cleaning done so tomorrow Kc can have a real day off.

I'll be around. :flower3:

 What a start! Hope things are improving now.

Thanks. I had a nap, but the headache gained ground, so I've taken an Advil and am hopeful.

:grouphug: How maddening CE.

Thanks.

I hope this takes care of it, honey.

Eh on the headache, but yes, I'm glad I got to go at all! I'm glad yours is gone.

Yeah, if we miss the bus at 7:40, I'd normally have to wait to take them because it's an under 10 minute drive - not today, obviously - but they don't open until 8:15. We're among the first of the stops and the kids usually have a "recess" before the bell rings for the 8:30 start. It was just nutty.

Why can't they just be in the same class for the rest of this term:confused3
