Wanna see what the projector looks like on the wall, KC is very proud...

Looks great!

Sorry peeps. I've been busy! Here we go!
UPDATE:

Wahoo! Great job:worship:

Janet - Trying to make urine sound fun.

:lmao:

Next week will be very busy for me. Doug has his check-up at IU Med. Max has his 6wk post op check-up. I think we will be called in for a special meeting to work also. Still waiting to hear from the roofer. What a pain.

Good thoughts for Doug!:goodvibes

Speaking of pirates. When I took Baby Girl to her ENT appt yesterday, the doctor's assistant called her a princess and BG corrected her and said, "I'm a Pirate Princess." :rotfl2:

Just shows you are raising her right. What was the reaction of the asst?

Good Morning Fockers!

Hi Lori :wave2:

We head up to Clemson University today for the state Lego competition tomorrow. #1 is fired up and ready to go. And the irony of life is that, should they win and go on to World Festival, it is the same weekend DH graduates from U of Florida. :headache: That would be a challenge.

   All around.

Good Luck to #1. :cheer2:

Where would the WOrld Fest be held?

Not much going on here. We're getting another cold front, so the weekend may be a washout. Good thing I can do LAUNDRY again! :teeth: :rotfl:

ANother cold front> What the heck is happening down there this year?>

Yeah, that was me. My DH said that in the Army they give you 30 seconds when they wake you up that you ARE NOT respsonible for what you say/do. It's understood that you may not be rational when just waking up!

I think we need this rule with parenting. JMHO.
Don't sweat it. Kids are resilient.

MEL

I like this rule!:thumbsup2

======================================================

I am finally at work. Went to the viewing this morning for the police officer that was killed. So sad. His wife is 2 months pregnant:sad2:

I don't know how long I am going to last here becasue I apparently I have caught the Focker germs:headache:

Not much planned for the weekend. Jimmy has a haircut tomorrow, and that's about it. That's probably a good thing since none of us are feeling 100%. Use the weekend to just chill out and veg!:thumbsup2

Will do. World Fest is held in the Georgia Dome. It's do-able, since graduation is Sunday and the competition is over Saturday, but it would mean just me and the boys in Atlanta until we make what looks like a veeeeerrrrrryyyyyyy long drive from Atlanta to Gainesville.
Actually, it's not such a bad drive! Gainesville is the point at which, coming home from ATL, I'm ready to stop. I take a combination I-95 / I-4 / 301 route that's pretty and not terribly long - maybe 5-6 hours. It's the stretch between Gainesville and home that kills me.

ANother cold front> What the heck is happening down there this year?>
Weird, isn't it? It's not so bad as the last one, at least... high of 60 today, 70 tomorrow. I suspect this may be our last cool blast!

I hope they win, although it would be a scheduling nightmare for you.
Don't forget to wear your Gamecock shirts!

Tomorrow's busy with dance practice and a Mom's lunch I organized. Busy, but fun! :thumbsup2
I like busy and fun. Great combo!:thumbsup2

The assistant is from Orlando and a huge Disney fan. She loved it. When the doctor came in the room she said, "I understand I have a pirate princess in here." And Baby Girl said, "Yep, that's me." :rotfl2:

Janet - that's sad about the police officer.
Also - sorry you are not feeling well.

V - did you make your ressies?

Speaking of pirates. When I took Baby Girl to her ENT appt yesterday, the doctor's assistant called her a princess and BG corrected her and said, "I'm a Pirate Princess."
it's tonight and i don't think there will be any pirates. but i would love if j. depp showed up!!! :lmao:

and pirate princess. that's too funny!:lmao:

OK, who was it that said a last week about dropping the f-bomb when her kid woke her up 3-4 times in one night...CE? Mel? Well, that was me last night with my son. Felt so bad when it happened and heard it come from my mouth and still feel bad about. Poor kid! :guilty:
don't worry about it! i've done similar things!

get some rest.

Hello everyone!

Here's some    for all the sickies and unhappies.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope it's a great one!

We had a nice calm morning. We had breakfast together (cereal and coffee) and are relaxing watching some DVR-ed shows. KC goes into work at 2 and I am going to head to the city around 5 to use the rest of my Barnes and Noble gift card before going to keep KC company at work (he's covering until midnight).

So yesterday I told KC that next Feb for our 5 year anniv we are going to WDW to relive our honeymoon. We are going to stay at POFQ and spend only a few days in the parks and more time relaxing. I told him just to say yes for now, that he has a year to argue with me. :rotfl: :confused3 I need a trip to plan, ya know.

Anyways I'm off to shower...have a great Friday!

t-- i thought i quoted you........... hope evan feels better. i'm a nurse, but it's completely different when my kid is sick. i get crazy!!!
Me, too. I was a lunatic at the ER. :teeth:
OMG - Kristel gives the best updates!
:lmao:
::yes:: SHe needs a new title... Official Focker Keeper Upper. ;)
Is AC fun? I told Mr Diz I thought it was popular.
I bought Cooking Mama for the ds and hate it. Is it much better on Wii?
I like Cooking mama for the Wii oh and AC is addicting! There's a thread on CB and on the POD boards.

Ack! I think I missed you, but GOOD LUCK #1!!! :cheer2:
I'm seriously afraid to ask... :scared:
Think Spam Sushi.

T - Great deal on the airfare

You get back on 95? I was looking at dropping south...:confused3
D'OH!! Sorry - wrong Interstate - I-75! :thumbsup2 And I don't think I-4 is involved at all. I'll have to go look at my atlas....
I already packed my Gator shirt :rolleyes1
GO GATORS!!!

EEEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!

Wooo hooo!!!!

BTW, I put you and Andy on my What are you celebrating? thingie through the DVC website. I went with "Reunion" as my theme and it had an area to add two more names that aren't part of my traveling party, so I threw you in there. It didn't want anything else for you, so it'll probably amount to nothing, but worth a shot, lol!

Poor Janet! for my sick friends.

Well, Bob is sick. SD is still sick too. He went to school though, so I'm really proud of him. It couldn't have been an easy day for him. He brought a whole box of kleenex with him because yesterday NONE of his teachers had any. Poor kid. Bob is supposed to leave Mon. for Sunny (not so sunny) CA. He's hoping he makes a miraculous recovery!

They are predicting a big snow storm here for tomorrow morning. Between 5 and 8 inches of snow! Poor Gus. I had to tell him last night that we MIGHT not be able to make the 3 hour round-trip drive for the bunny tomorrow if it's snowing that hard! He was okay with us going on Sunday though. Whew!

I did all my laundry this morning and picked up the house. I just got home from the grocery store (which was a mob scene because of the storm coming) and put all the food away. Let it snow!

Hope you guys are all having a good Friday!

MEL:banana:

I'm home :goodvibes

I scanned through but wasn't able to quote so please forgive me!

I got to see my new nephew, he's such a good boy, literally ate, smiled, slept, ate, smiled slept :rotfl: He's so good!

Not so good is my Nanny who is 89 tomorrow, she has decided that she doesn't want to wash anymore or change her clothes so she stinks of wee, gross, it literally was eye watering but she won't do anything :( Anyway it's making my Mum even more annoyed than normal so made for a fun trip :rotfl:

Oh and I think I'm getting old as I really missed home, oh and David :lmao: He's on his way home from Scotland at the moment, he flew there this morning on business and bless him he was stressed as it was his first ever flight alone, hope he was ok!

Oh I also spoke to a special Birthday girl today,

Happy Birthday CE

Thanks!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CE!

Thanks!

He's still asleep but Linds has been up since 7:30. Thank goodness he has afternoon preschool. But I'm off until I can catch up on my sleep a little and going to put Linds back in her cold med sleepy state to do so.

I'm so sorry. I hope they both feel better soon.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CE!!!!

Thanks!

And the irony of life is that, should they win and go on to World Festival, it is the same weekend DH graduates from U of Florida. That would be a challenge.

Oooph.

Happy Birthday CE!

Thanks!

Happy Birthday CE!!!

Thank you!

I always go, but this year they cut out the drinks and games with the economy down. Just a boring meeting with dinner? No thanks.

Happy Birthday, CE

I was so thrilled to hear that lovely sweet voice. :goodvibes Thank you, Jo, it really meant a lot.

Happy Birthday CE

Thank you!

Well, school was fun. I did my reading, then quick ran to the store to pick up a few things. I went back to the Fitness Fundraiser and got to see both my kids, all my reading class, and my future DIL. :rotfl:

It cracks me up, though. She came running up, gave me a big hug, snuggled up to me, etc. My own children wouldn't speak to me. :lmao: They were all really cute, though.

My mom & dad called this morning and so I opened my presents from them whilst they were on the phone. I got a new windbreaker to replace my "perfect" one (the right weight, amount of pockets, hooded, etc.) that I bought to go to Mardi Gras 1994, which is now really falling apart. ;) Also, a hot glue gun and some money! Woohoo! My SIL gave me a box set of Friends (season 3) and that's nice, too.

Jo called next :goodvibes and then D (but as he's two hours behind, I don't mind that he wasn't earlier...) Then I went to school. I meant to go to Target after volunteering, but I forgot until I was nearly pulling into the driveway, and it was way out of the way by then, and I was hungry. I think I'll just take the boys before we get a pizza - they'll be happy to get to go, anyway. :thumbsup2

So, it's been a really nice day. :cloud9: The only downside is that it's cold, is 25, but is SUPER windy, so that the wind chill is 12. Brrr! But, aside from walking in parking lots, I've not had to be out much, so it's no big deal.

I'll likely be back later. I think I'm going to veg/read a little, then we'll go to Target once the kids get back, then it will probably be dinner and movie time. I hope you all have a great end of the week afternoon. :grouphug:

AAAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Why, why, why do people wait until Friday flipping afternoon to interject their ideas on a project due by 5pm when they've had all week to do so???!!!!

Not happy.
