Magic Kingdom's Beak & Barrel Pub opening 8/29, menu released

While I definitely want to try to get a ressie, that Kraken "thing" just grosses me out looking at the pic. :hyper:

What’s the best advice on trying for a ressie on Thursday? I’m west coast so an early alarm to attempt, but any suggestions on how to navigate to the correct spot to quickly try to secure? Should I use the desktop version?

I'd try both the website and app, especially if you have someone else who could check on of the options. Be aware that Disney's IT historically has issues when new offerings are available to reserve. The reservations may not be loaded in their system exactly at 6:00 a.m. EST. Watch this thread as people will post if and when they are successful in securing a reservation.

Fellow 2:50am wake-up call here! What I do is have 2 devices on hand. Phone with app and laptop with website. I start trying on my phone and flip to the laptop if that doesn’t work. I have also taken to having a piece of paper with a few options for the ADR day/time I’m hoping for within reach because at 3am even my trip planning obsessed brain is asleep.

So is tomorrow’s booking only for people going to the Halloween parties? Or can anyone book that has resort reservations 60+ days out?

Because when I logged in today it says for Christmas parties starting September 3, all other guests starting the 8Th. And says nothing about tomorrow anymore?

I’m confused, lol

That notice specifically talks about Christmas party bookings. It starts with "Want to dine at this restaurant during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?"

The Parks Blog stated 8/14 for reservations opening.

Not seeing any link to book yet. I hope this opens before 7, I hate that these things keep opening on days I have to be in the office!

Something happened bc I had the booking page open for BB when I went to sleep last night and when I refreshed at 257am it was a broken link. It’s Disney tech at its finest. There are engineers who could fix this!

So, if they don't fix the website and/or app by 7:00, is the alternative to call and get put on hold for 3 hours, probably just to be told by the cast member that the system is down for them as well?

im not receiving the error message as I refresh the page, the beak and barrel page doesnt even have a link open yet to make reservations. so who knows if/when it will drop.

The broken link to its actual booking page was live yesterday, as I practiced many times to get my timing down. So that the link just doesn’t exist now…is concerning. I’m not sure how much longer I can hold out at this time of day. I will not be calling ha.

For me, refreshing the Beak and Barrel page doesn't create a error message, but there is no booking link. But when I try to do a search for a dining reservation, the system crashes.
Same here. Fingers crossed this will drop at 6:30 similar to the parties. Otherwise I'm out of luck, phones are banned in the office and we can't access outside websites so I won't be able to check again until lunch.
