Greetings from one exhausted lady!

Screwed up sleep patterns Stink!

I
I've written this on FB but had to fume here too :headache:

That's ridiculous!:sad2:

Well, no cavities for the children!

:woohoo:

Not sure what we're doing for my bday tonite---BA has cheer practice so may delay dinner at Red lobster till the weekend--cause that's 45 min away and eating at 9 pm isn't going to make it!

What no romantic dinner on European time:confused3

You guys really warm my heart with all the good thoughts and prayers. Thank you very much. We'll keep on truckin', chins-up, silver lining and all that!

:thumbsup2:hug:

Hi Everyone !!!

++++++++++++++++++

Home from work and what I made in the crockpot for dinner was burnt:eek: I didn't read the recipe right, it was a 6 hour recipe. I put it on at 7:00 and fot home at 5:30:headache::scared1::lmao: Oh well, we had Elio's pizza instead:lmao:

The boys are putting the weights and wheels on the Derby car. Friday night is the big weigh in/turn in.

It warmed up a bit today and tomorrow is supposed to be even nicer:woohoo:

Hope everyone is having a good evening:goodvibes

Hi there everyone!

Sounds like everyone is doing fairly well.

Hugs still to Angela, Kristel and one to TE for her B-day!

Jo- I haven't seen that movie, but I agree that it's crazy that they didn't listen to your wishes.

CE- No cavities = Yippee!

Janet- I love that you have weigh in not on the same day as your race. I'm giving that feedback to DH.

Super busy day here. Dropped kids off at school, then went grocery shopping for my "little" bro. He's heading back to college tomorrow and I wanted to make sure he had food. Then I did a back and forth taking pictures at school during knitting (our teacher lets the kids stay in for recess once a week and teaches them to knit) and sledding at the end of the day. Tonight my little bro came over for dinner and then we played Super Mario. We beat the game! It is such a blast.

Tomorrow I'll be at Adventures in Art training. Not sure if anyone remembers this from last year... I go to the Minneapolis Museum of Art and get trained on several Art pieces. I then will be able to go into our classes at school and teach several art lessons based on the specific pieces I learned about. Very V-ish! ;) I know you'd love it, V!

Thanks everyone about the Guide stuff, I'm still angry :sad2:

What did you end up doing? Is D away???

Doug liked a 2006 Chevy Aveo LS, 4-dr hatchback. I knew what price it should be around. My friend's price was dead on. He gave us $1,000 off that price. It only has 39,000 miles and the carfax was clear. I wrote a check.
Fantastic and I hope you got some sleep

I have talked my Boss into going to the interview too with her application !!We did lunch and spent time figuring which trips she /I like !!! I like th Wyoming Wagon Train one she says I'm NUTS but she'd go with me :lmao:
That sounds interesting, what does it involve?

Wow do the school pay you or do you do it because you're lovely???

I'm sitting here dying my hair and it's raining outside which is washing all the slush away :thumbsup2 I really need something to do though as without golf I'm lost but once golf starts again I won't have time for anything else :rotfl2:

I need to do my hair - got some bright whites showing up. :rolleyes1 Glad the snow is being washed away (though the slush is sometimes as annoying...) and I hope you figure out what else to do! :goodvibes

******************************************************
I have fun tennis at 9:00, then I don't know what else I'm doing, either. D is going to ski club again today, so at some point I'll need to make their dinners to take - but then it's a super easy night for me! (They could buy food there, but it's not great and it's pricey...)

I suppose I need to go get dressed and so forth. It's supposed to be 31 today, 41 tomorrow, but right this minute it's 10. I have no desire to get out of my pj's and fluffy robe... :lmao:

Have a great morning (afternoon, Jo!) :grouphug:

Hey howdy hey, all... :goodvibes

Things have been so busy here. Dance is almost every night and all weekend. That won't end until March, so I expect I'll be pretty skimpy where posting is concerned for a while. :surfweb:

Baylie was sick this weekend/Tuesday. She's having asthma problems that have been affecting her dancing, so she's been really frustrated with that. I think she feels let down by her body not doing what she wants with the sprains, the injuries from the wreck and now this this season. :guilty:

I started a new bible study yesterday that I'm really excited about. It's at a friend of mine's mom's home every Wednesday morning. We had lunch afterwards which is always nice.

Yesterday afternoon I had the people from BarkBusters come over and start working with me and my puppies. They are still pouting... It's like punishing your kids, I swear. I feel horrible that they are upset with me, but they have to do what I say. They are laying in the crate and want nothing to do with me. :sad2:

The boys are going to the annual Monster truck show this weekend while I shuffle the girls to their different dance practices. I'm excited for them. They always have such a great time. :thumbsup2

I'd better run C & A to school. TTY'all Later! :cutie:

Janet- I love that you have weigh in not on the same day as your race. I'm giving that feedback to DH.

They weigh them on Friday at the Den Meeting(s) and then they have the opportunity to make changes if they are over or under weight:thumbsup2 They collect them then too, so once it is turned in no modifications can be made!

It does make you crazy when you are used to doing things when you don't have anything to do doesn't it ::yes::

 for B, she just hasn't been having a good couple of months!:sad2:

Can you send them to Philly when you are done. Maybe they can teach Tink not to keep jumping on my couch:headache:

++++++++++++++++++++++++

Hey all. First day this week that Jimmy didn't give us a hard time getting up in the morning:yay: I don't know if he is not sleeping well, not feeling good, or what:confused3 We did put him in bed about a half hour earlier last night, but he was still awake until normal time:confused:

I am work---yippee:rolleyes1 The only good thing is that tomorrow is Friday and we are off on Monday. Gotta love 3 day weekends:woohoo:

Have a good day all:goodvibes:grouphug:

They say to make the noise "Bah!" loudly at them because it's most like growling. Then when they go to do what you are correcting them for, you say, "Good puppy!" in a sweet voice so they know the difference right away. If "bah" doesn't work, you say it louder and clap. They have other things to do too, but that's working for me right now.

We had a REALLY long list (including the couch) to work on. So far, they are staying off the couch, not running ot the door barking, coming in when I call them, not running ahead of me on the stairs...

I'll have to work on things like stay and hold once they are consistent with these things. I'm going to buy them a puppy bed today after I drop B off so they will have a place to lay int he family room now. :thumbsup2

Okay No time to quote but......

I need to get my hair dyed too!!! I'm tired of GREY or for Jo GRAY!!!!! Sorry Jo couldn't resist teasnig you last nite !!!You know you are still the BESTEST!!!:thumbsup2:hug:

Also not sure what the WAGON TRAIN vation involves but it said sleeping on the Trail and cooking over a camp fire !!! I just think it would be neat to experience a PIONEER adventure !!!

You are such a good dealer. :thumbsup2 I haven't done anything about the pool yet, but I'd like you to bargain for me. :goodvibes

You have been busy. Hopefully B feels better soon. How frustrating for her.

The only good thing is that tomorrow is Friday and we are off on Monday. Gotta love 3 day weekends:woohoo:
My BIL is actually off then too and he's not going to work. He's an attorney so he works lots.

The chaplain of Mitch's unit is having all the married couples going to Kosovo take a weekend in Myrtle Beach next month. Of course it's the same weekend that my godmother and goddaughter are going to be here. I'd rather see them, so unless Mitch really wants to go to South Carolina, we will be staying here. Hopefully he'll get his orders soon so we can have some definite dates.

I'd better run C & A to school. TTY'all Later! :cutie:

Sounds like you're busy, but happy. :goodvibes

What is ski club? I thought D was gone this week:confused:

He was supposed to be gone M-W, but it turned into just Tu/W, so he's back. Now it's looking like he's gone T-Th next week, 4 days the week after that, then most of a week home, then a week in Argentina starting Super Bowl Sunday. :faint: after having him home for 3 weeks, it's a bit of a shocker. I like a little more balance of home/gone. ;)

10:eek: It's almost 37 here:woohoo:

Hopefully tomorrow...

I need to get my hair dyed too!!! I'm tired of GREY or for Jo GRAY!!!!!

Go red, Rosie! ;)

Just got off the phone with Deb. Horrible, horrible news. Cancer so far gone her mom can't be treated, even, and in fact she's fully on a ventilator, her systems are shutting down, and she's been adamant about not wanting to veg on life support, so it's likely they'll have to make the decision very soon. I can't believe this. It was Christmas Eve when she first starting feeling bad, and now this is it. :sad1::sad1::sad1:

I am heading to the hospital now. I may have their DD's this evening, depending on whether they think it's worth sitting in the hospital all day/night. :sad1: I cannot believe this.

Good thoughts for strength for Deb & her sister, please, and for no more pain for their mom. :grouphug:

Poor thing I hope things get better for her  I'm pleased the doggie thing is working, what made you get professional help? And glad you had fun yesterday :goodvibes

Anyone know anything about GQ or Esquire. I'm ordering magazines for the school and have no idea which one Mitch might like better. Of course, I could order one for me instead. ;)
