Lights! Camera! Action! The cameras are ready to roll on the “Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade” television show at Magic Kingdom and you are invited to be part of the audience on Thursday, December 3, Friday, December 4, or Saturday, December 5, 2009.

Space is limited so sign up now to watch your favorite Disney characters and guest stars perform on Main Street U.S.A. and on Cinderella’s Castle Stage in the Magic Kingdom.

Who Can Participate?:
We are looking for people of all ages to join this year’s production audience. We do not have any age restriction on who can join. Please let us know how many people (up to 8 per family) may join you who are 3 years of age or older. (Children 2 and under will not need a ticket and do not need to be included in the count)
When Will It Happen?:
Thursday, December 3rd & Friday, December 4th:

The production company will be shooting various Guest Star Performances on Cinderella’s Castle Stage and Main Street USA for the show.

Saturday, December 5th:

The production company will be shooting various Parade Elements with Disney Characters and Guest Star Performances on Main Street USA.

Production is subject to change and Guest Performance may be cancelled or changed at the last minute.

What Time Will It Happen?:
Shifts may start as early as 7:30 AM, however, due to the ever changing world of production, we do not have any specific shift times as of this moment.

You will be expected to commit to a 4-hour time slot for each shift. We ask that you stay for the entire time (even during the occasional, brief production breaks). If for some reason you leave the area during the shift, we cannot guarantee or hold your place. Participants are welcome to remain in the Magic Kingdom following the production.
How Do I Register?:
The first step is to complete the form on this site. That will indicate your interest in participating. In the near future a specific number of those interested registrants will receive an email with instructions on completing further registration to receive tickets to the event.

Registering on this site does not guarantee you will be selected to participate. A limited number of tickets will be available on a first-come basis.

What Do I Do If I Am Selected?:
You will receive specific instructions to visit a web site to complete further registration. Each person (3 and older) will then need to print out a COMPLIMENTARY E-Ticket that will be valid for complimentary parking and for entry into the Magic Kingdom for the Production.

Space is available on a first-come basis. If you arrive late on the day of the taping, you will not be guaranteed admission into the park.

What Should I Wear?:
Wardrobe Tips:

• Dress in casual, comfortable clothing.
• Wear bright colors – especially holiday colors. All are encouraged to wear holiday clothing and hats.
• Children under 10 are encouraged to wear their favorite Disney character costumes.
• Please no logos or advertising on clothing unless it’s Disney related.

Me either!!!! Did the dance go well? My 2 have been going to school disco's since they were 5, their school did about 3 a year. Jess never danced with a boy but Ellie did at her last one in July. It was funny though as they stood so far apart

My neck is better today thank goodness, Ellie has singing and Jess has a friend round later but that's all we have planned. It's pouring though so probably a good thing! Jess just found an old home movie. First it was me at about 9 singing and dancing then it skipped to WDW when I was about 15 and they nearly died laughing at what we were wearing

Good Morning all

THe boys had a great time on their hike last night. We didn't get home until almost 10pm, which is late for Jimmy. He was still up at 7:30 though

Jim is at a meeting for work (getting paid) until about 2pm. In a little while Jimmy and I are going ot head out to Target to get a gift for a birthday party he is going to tomorrow.

Riddle me this...who gives out party invitations on a Thursday for a party that is on Sunday Luckily we don't have anything to do, becasue Jimmy really wants to go...it is a costume party.

After we get the gift and Jim is done his meeting, we are going to pick up Jim's sister and go get pumpkins and carve them. We will also get some of the little one's for Jimmy to paint.

Hi to everyone else I missed (which I know is a lot)!

Yesterday was a busy. We woke up late and Lindsey was late for school. The alarm went off but stupid me turned the whole thing off. The weird thing is that it went off this morning at the normal time and I know I didn't turn it on last night.

I finally got my hair cut yesterday as well and I really like it! I got about 2-3 inches cut off. I need to get some kind of color in it though. It is soooooo dark! My natural color is a really, really, really dark brown, almost black, so yeah, some color is needed.

As for today, after I get off here the kids and I are getting ready and heading to the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins. I told them we'd go to the play McD's as well for lunch and then hit Target for a few things. We may carve the pumpkins tonight but will probably wait until a little later this week so they won't look so droppy come Halloween.

Nothing else is really planned for our weekend but just to relax. Hope y'all have a good one!

OK please tell me if it's me but I've had it with Em. She finally agreed to meet tomorrow as they changed their flight from Friday to Monday, so to me that means she wouldn't have time to see me if it hadn't changed, but anyway..... She calls a few minutes ago to arrange for tomorrow and wants to meet somewhere (she can never just go to someones house, always has to go to a paid place which we try not to do) but get this they're going to see friends in the morning so can't see us till later but our clocks change tonight so that won't leave us much daylight oh and also Joe her DH is going to a football/soccer match so won't see us So they're here for 3 weeks and we don't see him? And we only get to spend a few hours with her? We are SO NOT going to see her in NYC

The girls go to school dances I'd bet on it that "Hoochie Momma "dances with boys But have my doubts about Samantha!!!!!

Any who this morning I kinda did a smart thing !!! I hadto have fasting labs doneand my second job had someone who needed them too so I got paid to go have bloodwork
Now at lunch I am prolly going out to eat for work at Perkins !!! So that will be a free lunch !! Happy Saturday!!

BA is getting all dressed up for a Halloween party. HEr and 3 friends are going as....I dunno......they each borrowed pageant type dresses from big sisters and are getting their hair and make up done!...I think they're going as divas! (which they are!)

Denise I had a problem with my laptop and it turned out to be a clogged fan. Does it get hot? If so undo the back, find the fan and clean it. Mine had a thick layer of solid fluff on it, like you get in a tumble dryer. Once cleared it's worked perfectly and saved me buying a new one

When mine did that, it was the mother board. Since it was under warranty, I don't know what it cost to fix it. It actually happened twice, and I don't have it back yet.

Jo, thanks for the tip, I will try that. about the motherboard issue. I'm beginning to think it might be something like that (particularly if the cleaning the fan, and the new power cord, which comes in on Monday, don't do the trick). If it still won't work after that, I'm taking it to Best Buy's geek squad, or whatever they call it. I'm thinking I'm probably going to have to get a new one and maybe they'll be able to transfer the cost of having them look at old one to a new computer if they can't fix it and maybe they can get my "stuff" off the harddrive and transfer it I, of course, haven't backed up in a few months!

My crazy expenditure for the day:
There is a place in Wisconsin that has wonderful fresh Bratwurst for sale. It's called Lake Geneva Country Meats. Look it up is you like.

So I ordered some. They have to be shipped overnight. $$$$$ Hard numbers for the total - 8 pkg Brats + Shipping = $111. That is $60 in shipping people. When you break it down, each brat is costing me roughly $2.30 ea.

So to justify this and make myself feel a little better about it, I grabbed the Southern Comfort and used V's full proof 'Fuzzy Math'.

They must be some goooood brats! I'm having Pot roast too 0-yum!

Hey Janet, was your Target as crazy busy as our was? I was so annoyed, it took so long to get through the place because people and carts were always in the way I should have gone earlier in the morning I guess. It's been raining on and off all day here, just a light drizzle sometimes, pouring others. I did manage to get the last of the weeding and bushes trimmed this morning. It was so warm, and since the ground was wet, I figured it would be easier to do than when the ground is rock hard, but boy was I a muddy mess when I was done!

The shower was a lot of fun last night. It was nice to socialize with some of the ladies from my office and it was really nice to see the mommy-to-be. It's been about a year since she was laid off from my company and I really miss her. She looks fantastic. She's 8 months along and you'd hardly know she is pregnant. I got home later than I expected, but it was nice.
Well, my pot roast is almost done (it smells wonderful - I think I'm really hungry!). We have that and a nice bottle of wine to pass this rainy Saturday night. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

No, it wasn't that bad. We went at about 11:00 or so. Although I went in for one particular thing and left...I actually got what I wanted and didn't spend anymore money
