Morning. I don't want to jinx it, but it's been a great morning here.

Always a good way to start the day.

Anyway, we need to shower and stuff. The movie time at 12:00 seemed better for a food party than the one at 4:30 (to eat at 3:30)

Have to go to work shortly , worked all weekend soooo no day off for me BUT tomorrow I finally have that surgery , have to be at hospital at 6am. Phil is taking on call for me !! Then Thursday we have to go to West Seneca for another stupid training that they love to inflict upon us !!!
Girls had a big test today so came home after it and conned me into buying thyem lunch !!
It is cold here today but it is sunny !!! I will be soo glad to shed the winter clothes

The movie was great, and the party was possibly the easiest I've ever done. They do the cake and goody bags, too, so I literally walked in with a camera. It seemed a little pricey, but by the time you figure doing a party somewhere else with buying a cake and any goody bags or food, it's probably as cheap or cheaper.

The kids were all great through the movie, and we had fun!

And we only got one more Star Wars Lego set. Honestly, I can't believe it, but it's one that no one else bought, so no duplicates with all that stuff.

Also, it's chilly and damp here, so it was a great day for a movie. I'm pleased all around.

We're just going to chill for a bit, then maybe we'll take them out to dinner. Nice.

It's a national comp for teams of 5 and we were through to round 4, note I said were yep we lost today, we lost 4 - 1 so were thrashed Oh well who wants to go to Spain for the final anyway? I'm now really suffering though, my eyes have gone berserk all red and itchy, roll on May!!!!

I have found that having parties out is way cheaper (and less of a headache) than having them at the house What movie did you see?

BA had a Twilight Birthday party last year and we took the girls to the movies too---they really loved it....of course, the down side was they came back here for the night! But it's ok---my birthday parties are limited---Ab is certainly not planning one for her 17th....at least not one that we're invited too.

I'm waiting for the window man to arrive to fix one of our windows as it's stuck shut I am then finally going to the Doctors about 4pm about my hayfever. Other than that I finally have a lazy day to catch up on housework etc but at the moment Boo is fast asleep on me so I can't possibly disturb her

Slow, slow morning. I think the kids slept in a little bit, but I know D & I did. D seems to be developing some sort of cold or allergies, and he's pretty miserable. It's 40 and rainy here - there was snow in other parts of the state, but thankfully not here. I am done with snow.

We all just had a full breakfast, and the boys are still happily playing with new toys. I think I could easily go right back to bed.

D has this trip tomorrow through Sunday, and has now just found out that he has to fly Mon-Wed (rather than Tu/Wed) next week. He's not touched the bathroom since a week ago Saturday, and now will be gone for 6 more days. Swell. Not that I'm bitter, no... Truthfully, I know it's not his fault, but it's getting to where I do wish we had the second toilet back, at least.

Just got home !!! Everything went well !! Surgery at 8am Judy got call to pick me up at 9:30am !! I was awake asking for coffee and food !!Got cofffee and graham crackers I'm a little sore and a lot sleepy but otherwise just fine !! Thanks for all the well wishes !!

Evening all. I have been super busy so have been doing quick reads and leaving. Rose glad all went well.

I leave in less than 2 days. I have had to do all the last minute running around and am hoping to get my exam out of the way tonight. I actually am mostly packed as I bought new clothes for the summer and it's been to chilly to wear them. That won't be the case there the weather is predicting high
80's and some humidity.
I do think Disney jinxes me somehow before a trip. Last trip I was getting over a cold and the 2 before that bronchitis. This trip I came down with an ear infection. I will have had 3 full days of antibiotics before I leave so I am hoping that my ear does OK on the flight. The dr. did give me the OK so I am hoping.

I may pop in over the next day but I have to be at the airport at 5:30 AM on friday. I pick the earliest flight down forgetting that I then have to be up before the sun. Coffee will be my friend. If I don't get back on have a great weekend all and I'll be back wednesday.

We are sitting here watching the Canadians/Capitals game. The outcome of this game determines who the Flyers play in the next round (That's hockey for those of you that don't know) Waiting to make sure jimmy is asleep so that the Tooth Fairy can visit and then I can go to bed.
