I have news...

There may be a potential that we will be going over there. TO LIVE. DH will know more in the coming months, depending on how well this project goes. But he's coming back over the pond in Jan and March. I'm hoping to be a stowaway on the March trip!

Got the resort at Marco booked, got my free airfare-though only because I called their customer service and YELLED-, found a rental car which is going to be $300 for 4 days and there is not a single day, in any resort, in any room for the whole last 3 days of my trip so I guess I'm waitlisting..... I did book the Buena Vista Suites at DTD for those days just so we have somewhere to stay but obviously that's not my first choice. Keep your fingers crossed, Fockers!)

Probably the same reason I didn't spend $400 instead of using 54 points for one child cruise fare. I just didn't think we would be able to use those points. (FWIW though, we did come out $$ ahead by using our points for cruising instead of paying cash. )

I was sitting quietly on the bus but suddenly joined by drunk lady from Greenville, SC.

SC: Whew, those two glasses of wine done me in.

SC: Me too, I'm from SC!!!!

Have fun CE, did you ever hear back re the jobs?

I finally got the recommendation letter from Dr. Belle, but am waiting on that one. The first, I had an e-mail on Tuesday that they were "excited about the variety of resumes we got, but we want to be sure that you are aware it's a part-time position. If you're still interested, please respond to my e-mail and I will start to set up phone interviews." Since, of course, I WANT full time, I responded in kind, but nothing beyond that yet.

Man, I am sick as a dog. I made dinner, read to the kids, then D & I were watching TV last night when I suddenly said, "Hey, do you feel OK?" He said yes, and I said, "I think I have to go be sick."

I was up and having nasty, nasty stomach issues until after midnight, then continued "issues" until 4:00. I was freezing and uncomfortable, and probably somewhat dehydrated. I slept on the couch so that I wasn't bugging the sleepers all night, but I didn't sleep well, so once the kids were up (lovely D got them up and out) I went back to sleep. I got up around an hour and a half ago, did some work for book fair, but now I'm losing it again - just some dizzy and cold more than any more stomach issues, but I think I'm going back to school again. Sigh.

So I straightened upand put the Hallowen decorations. Going to bake some cookies (The breaand bake one's, o don't get all excited) for Jimmy. thesurprise im n pick him up at school.

Dad ill finally be home this weekend. Just want him here now. Things have calmed down with my brother now that my other brother ripped him a new one I'm sure Iwill be onto chat, but if ot have a great weekend everybody!

We had my BFF & her hubby and daughter up here for all l;ast week. Did a ton of sight seeing and had a great time at the convention. Then i threw my back out the day they left and have been onj the darn couch ever since. I am about 70% but really not able to sit up straight. I am propped up all weird on kcs laptop now.

The only other news is that KC is getting a new job. The job he has been doing part time on the side, offered him a full time spot and it's more $ and more of what he really wants to do. So in the next month that should happen.

I told my co-workers that I would miss them terribly. Yeah they didn't believe me.

I'm still not a millionaire. Hoosier Lotto is at a record high - 33 mill. What I could do with that??!! I'm having my MIL get my tickers for Saturday's
drawing.
