Good Morning All! What's this about a NY Meet??:confused3 Fill me in !! I know we had talked about Jo in April visiting her sister but as that is on hold I guess I missed these plans !! :) Darn Work it interfers with my Dissing !!:rotfl2:

Good morning, Fockers. :goodvibes
Today is so busy and it started with a fight between Aiden and me. Good times. :sad2:
Check back laters. Talk amongst yourselves. ;)

Good morning all! :surfweb: Looks like it's going to be a crazy day for me. :scared1:

I already survived the gym this morning and am on my second cup of coffee :coffee:, so I guess that's a good start. :goodvibes We got a call yesterday that our sitter's car is in the shop, so I'll have to blast out of the office soon after my lunch meeting to be home for the school bus (around 2:30pm). We'll try to deliver some of DS6's cub scout popcorn:: to folks in the neighborhood.

DD11 has a doctor's appointment later this afternoon. Mrs. T said she's going to try to get home from work as soon as she can. :drive: Hopefully, she'll be home in enough time so that I don't need to bring the other kids with me to appointment.

I'll try to pop in while working from home later this afternoon. TTFN!

Hello All!
Typical sports-type eatery. Doug had their Fields and Waves (Surf and Turf). I had the Stuffed Steak Tacos with onion rings instead of rice and beans. So I guess we actually had not-so seafood and not-so Mexican!:rotfl2: It was good. We split some jalepeno poppers for an appy. Hey Mel! We paid $46 + tip. I think Doug's was overpriced at $19. ;) He also had 3 beers. He hasn't drank that much in a while.

We went to a bar called Chumley's and another called Vault. Both near the college area. I've complained a lot about how much WDW charges for booze. I won't anymore. I had a plain margarita on the rocks - $6.25. A chocolate lovers martini - $7.( This one was so good) And a Bourban-chocolate martini - $8. Plus tips:faint: I guess I need to get out more. I did have fun though. We got home at 10:30PM. Doug kept giving me evil looks while we were at the last place.:headache: He went to bed and I watched Hellboy II.

Your dinners sound good. I hope no one thinks I was posting that to be snooty. I was just FLOORED at how much it cost!!! And the drink prices are OUT of control. Seriously, I won't order more than ONE glass of wine in a rest. because of the rip-off factor!
Have a good day Kristel!

First off that sounds yummy, I plan on making some kind of quesildillas this week, depends what I find at the store. SSecond- do the boys love the expansion?

I can send you the recipe quick if you want. It's super easy!

They have been playing ALOT so I'm assuming they love it. Gus had the Beta test thingy, so he's not as jazzed as SD.
Bob's unable to play because you have to be at least a level 70 and he's only a 40 I think.
Glad KC got the router fixed. I am so thankful that Bob knows about computers because we have SO many!

Mel: As soon as I know dates I'll let you know!

Nothing new for me. Tried to price my tentative Dec. trip, but the Disney website was down. So have to wait for later today.

Have a good day all!! :hippie:

Sounds good, Z. I emailed you a picture....

You have a good day too!

Good morning all :goodvibes

Morning Sweetie! :wave2:

Good morning all! :surfweb: Looks like it's going to be a crazy day for me. :scared1:

Wow Mr T! That's a full day! I remember boyscout popcorn! Ah, those were the days.
We have a box right now, they came around the neighborhood. We know ALL the scouts! Our oldest did cub and then one year of boy scouts. He didn't want to continue as my DH wasn't around enough to participate with him. He didn't want me to do the activities. Now, ironically, DH is around and the younger one doesn't care one WHIT about scouts.... :confused3
Hope you have a good day!

*********************
Morning ladies! It snowed last night and it stuck! We've only got about an inch but we should get more today and tonight.
Kids are all off to school. Ah, peace! I am going to lie on the couch all day. No really. I am!
Bob has a guitar lesson tonight so I have to figure out what to make for dinner that I can make him a plate of....

That's all. Nothing exciting at all. Just trying to fill in my calendar with things to do, people to see, etc. for while Bob is in Japan. I hate when he's gone and the only solution is to stay VERY busy!!!

Have a great day girls! (oh and mr. t and brack...)
MEL:banana:

Good Morning ladies and gentlemen!!! Back to work and school for us. It's cold and they are talking about snow on Thursday:headache: THere should be NO SNOW until at least January.

Jo - How was the movie?

Katt - Tell Sarabeth that we are all proud of her:goodvibes

Kat - :headache: about the router. As for NYC, I would definitely like to do it, but I don't know if I will be able too. It seems like our weekends are filling up already for the holidays! Everyone else make plans and then I will see if I can hop on board!:thumbsup2

Mel - See snow comment above:headache:

Dawn - re: your fight with A.

Check back later!

Hello all. It has been a long time. I have just been to busy with new job, school, and helping mom after surgery to keep up with the fast pace of this thread. My dd however keeps asking if I have been here to tell my friends about our next trip. So I decided I should let you all know I am fine just busy and dd who turned 18 last week decided to use some of her inheritance, from Great Grandma, to take us all to WDW during the 4/3 deal.

I hope all of you are doing well and a quick scan of the last page lets me know that Jo is now going to be a Disney Mom:banana:. Congratulations to you. Also any one near the fires please stay safe.

I miss talking with you all. I will of coarse be back on after this semester ends. My dd is being nice and helping me with my math class. I will be adding student teaching to the list of activities next semester. I better get a kick butt job after all of this is done.

Hey Margie. Glad you checked in.

Thanks. Apparently he doesn't like it when I take a bite of his cereal because I have germs and I'm just trying to make him sick on purpose. :sad2:

Sorry but :lmao: . Ewwwwwwwwwwww, icky girl germs!

My sister is still out of town so I have to take Reid to school. I've never taken him to school before because I feel like if I can keep him, why should he go to school? But they say he has to go.

EPCOT is educational, just saying;)

 and  to all!

Busy work day for me.

You guys have a wonderful day!

Morning! :wave: What's happening? popcorn::

Leo and I had a great weekend: Sat. he took a riding lesson at his new stable and it was terrific! He's still hooked, so I see a small fortune blasting out of my wallet in the future. The we went to see Madagascar II... meh. Leo liked it, but what's with all the suggestive content? Too much for me, but it was okay. We spent yesterday at the MK with Lauralee and family - it was a PERFECT day! Cold and nearly empty - no joke, the longest posted wait time ALL DAY was 15 minutes. It was so nice to meet LL's mom, aunt and Nana and Leo and Michael had entirely too much fun palling around once again. :goodvibes

Busy week for me - prepping to be at The World all next week. :cheer2:

Jimmy hasn't shown much interest in this, so unless he asks I think I will pass. THanks for the tip!

WHen are you leaving on this excursion?popcorn::

If you saw my remarks.. it's gory but I've seen worse.. it's the suspense that got Scott and I( and that began withing the first 15 or 20 seconds of the movie starting.. so get SOMETHING to chew on... or your manicure is TOAST...
I did see when you went and agree, it was very fast moving and I couldn't always keep up also I jumped out of my skin several times :rotfl2:

So what did you think? :confused3
Good but see above :rotfl2:

Fantastic, sounds loads of fun :goodvibes

I didn't tell you about my BIL, Em had a call when we were at Dads from her DH saying he'd had a bit of a kerfuffle. He has this thing about going to sleep in the car if the boys do rather than move them. Well he drove to the supermarket and Ollie had fallen asleep so he took the chance to also have a sleep. Well a while later he heard people trying to get in the car, it was 2 police and 2 workers and they thought that he'd killed himself and Ollie :rotfl2: Apparently the car was surrounded by people watching :rotfl2:

V- What a great weekend! Can you warm it up just a titch before I arrive? ;) I am really looking forward to trying meet sometime next week. Do you have any last minute advice for my touring plans?

Angela- I'd wrap the ornament in tissue tightly, then bubble wrap and place in a box, without room for movement. Or...How about a not easily breakable ornament?

Hi Margie- A trip to WDW on your dd sounds GREAT!

Hi To everyone! I am working on the whole packing and cleaning thing today. I did something CRAZY and booked Cinderella to come to Tink's party and sing, dance, face paint, take pictures and read stories. I know... I am NUTS! Let's hope my DH doesn't ask for a divorce when he gets the bill. Maybe I'll write the check and place it in a sealed envelope? :rolleyes1 Now I just have the cake left. I found a really awesome castle cake, but it was $50 Yikes! I am a baker, but NOT a decorator, so me doing a cake is out of the question. I made pokeball cupcakes (Pokemon) for ds's b-day and they were the extend of my cake decorating skills.

OMG! :rotfl2: At least we know the police are on top of things.

V- What a great weekend! Can you warm it up just a titch before I arrive? ;)
Maybe... right now it's looking like highs in the hihg 60s and lows in the high 40s/low 50s. BIG cold front coming through.
Do you have any last minute advice for my touring plans?
If it's anything like yesterday was, you won't even need plans! Though I serisouly doubt it'll stay that slow for Thanksgiving week. I'm actually a horrible resource for touring plans - our Plan revolves around wahtever Leo feels like doing on any given day.

Good Morning Everyone. :wave2:

Well, we can finally see the sun and the sky (sort of ;)) today. Maddie's school was in session, but they had the kids go directly to the classroom - no playground play today and no outdoor lunch.

Got nothing planned, but I should get my computer room straightened out. It's so full of Brownie crapola! :faint:

Hope everyone has a great day. :)
