Not really too bad, but there's a huge waiting list for season tickets. It's crazy. The tickets we were looking at were between $75-125, but they were all upper deck. I'd just like to go to one game and experience the stadium, you know?

That's not too bad, but it would be nice to see the game on the field not the jumbo tron.

I'm here. I had to give my $.02 without losing it over on the budget board. There's a thread about tipping the mail, trash, and newspaper person.

Ok don't flame, but I need info. Last year we started getting the paper right before Christmas and there was an envelope in there addressed to the newspaper person. Since we just started getting the paper, I didn't send anything. How much should I send her this year? I don't know my garbage people so how should I go about tipping them? And I have 3 collection days so how do I know if they are all the same people? I do know my mail carrier and he's awesome but I read somewhere they can't take more than $20 or something. So Steve gets homemade cookies and a CG to somewhere for lunch.

That's OK, I just pulled a green bug out of my mouth - from my wine glass. I'm not kidding. And I just noticed that he's still moving.

The robe guy is scary. Our guys come at 4:00 a.m. I do not see them.

You are right. Mail carriers by law can't accept anything worth more than $20. I give mine cookies as well. I don't actually tip my garbage men, because as you said, it's not always the same guys. I give the newspaper guy something monthly and an extra $20 at Christmas.

D hates his Blackberry as a phone, but loves it for texting. His work picks and buys, so I'm unsure as to which model. He just feels that it drops too many calls and is user unfriendly as a phone - OK for the extras...

We don't pay the newspaper directly to the carrier. Our cc is billed through the company, but if she sends an envelope, I'll send her something.
