Yeah, but we start school again on August 12th, so when everyone is back in WDW with
free dining, we'll be in school already.
True. We go back 8/25, though, so you will be done a month earlier, and back only 2 weeks early.
I totally understand, CE. We've had the weird back-and-forth weather this week as well. I think all of the rain has finally left us (and gone to you, obviously). We're looking at 70s and 80s and sun for the next four or five days too. I can hardly wait to get outside and do some work in my flower beds.
I'm looking forward to some warmth, I'm just flabbergasted by how MUCH warmth there will be.
Yay! Looks like FUN!
Thanks!
Did you know that you use the top of your inner thighs to do a sit-up?
I'm sorry...
I haven't been down there since I was a kid and my dad lived there!
Ooh, have fun!!
Smae here CE. It's gonna be great becasue we have all this tuff planned for Saturday and Sunday, but so not right for April
It's kind of too bad that we'll be inside for a while, but on the other hand, we won't be sitting in a dusty buggy ballfield in that weather, either.
On Sunday we are going to Hershey Park. They aren't officially open yet, but my friends DH works for Verizon and this is their freinds and family picnic. It's only open to Verizon employees, their families, and friends. Should be fun. Hopefully it won't be packed!
That sounds good!
Hey all. Nothing much here-going out to dinner for my DSIL's birthday. Six months till WDW-I was all excited-the dentist wanted to book a 6 month last day, and I was all "I'll be away!"

WOOHOO! Where ya going for dinner?
Awesome Boat. How many Fockers will it seat?
Me plus 9 - come on up!
My mother did that to my house one night and actually went into their basement before she realized she was in the wrong house!

On a similar note, last winter we were having a playgroup dinner thing we do just with the parents, and the hostess had a new boyfriend none of us had met. I went to the right place, but one of my other friends went to the wrong condo. A guy answered, and she assumed it was the boyfriend, walked right past him (carrying food and wine and so forth) and just started chatting. It wasn't 'til this guy's teenage daughter came downstairs that she even considered that she was in the wrong place!

He was saying he didn't know our friend, but she thought he was just giving her a hard time.
This morning I had to tell my boss that my docimeter ring was no where to be found. He was not happy. I think I owe him $15.
So, in my reflection time yesterday I also decided that it's time for B to go to public school in the fall. I'm really excited and I think Baylie is too. It's the right time. This decision is why my friend was rude. She just went off on public schools and the dance team B would be on. We worked out and she (sorta) apologized. It's fine. I think I made myself clear that I wasn't going to listen to comments all year about my choices.
Fun news, and good for you.

You know we're happy for you, whatever YOU decide.
I wouldn't not be able to stand all that. I would probably try to keep my cool and then end up blowing up at her.
She really generally only stays about 2 days, and she's never done anything I can't just put back once she's gone. I figure it's not worth it to fight with her - but I am NOT leaving her alone in the house this time, either.
Thanks!

I had a heck of a morning...
Ever since we took the van in after Easter, I've still had the spare set of keys in my purse. I kept thinking I should take them out and put them in the kitchen.
Yeah...
I locked myself out of the van when I got to tennis. Luckily, I realized it right then, but of course I couldn't call D to bring me the extra set, as it was in my purse in the car, too. (I don't take my purse in to the club, usually.)
So I called a locksmith and asked if they'd meet me after the tennis lesson - wasn't missing that!

- which was fine, but the guy didn't come in a company truck. I was waiting in my friend's car next to my car, but since I didn't see a locksmith truck, didn't know HE was waiting inside for me. So that took a while to sort out, then he said, "I've never seen a car do this before," if that tells you how the "breaking in" went.
He finally got it open, but it took 3 tools - 2 stuck in my car - to do it.
The upshot is that I left the club a full hour after my lesson.
But the spare keys are now back in the house.

I had told my neighbor that I'd ride with her today to pick up her DH's car, which has been worked on, and she wants to go at 2:00. That should be fine - IF the sprinkler system guys come close to 1:00 - they just said, "after 1:00." I thought originally she'd said around 11:00, but I wasn't home yet, so at least I don't have to feel bad about messing up her day.
Anyway, I'll be in and out.

Hope everyone's day is going a bit more smoothly than mine has so far.
