Uh. I don't know.
1. I don't own a scale. I hate them, they hate me. Mutual hate. I just go by the simple tenant:
If I can't button the 18's, it's time to stop getting fries with my chicken sandwiches.
2. I am mostly going to the gym because I believe that phyiscal exercise is good for you. I don't really care if I lose weight (I'm not hung up on that) but I do care if my heart is healthy. Of course, one follows the other, so I guess I will eventually.....
3. When I'm home every day, I tend to sleep alot. Since starting the medication and getting into counselling I am way more aware that these are the activities of a DEPRESSED person. Forcing myself to go out among the people keeps me mentally healthy. I think.
