Morning Everyone!

I have read and caught up with everyone, but didn't quote as everything seems to be going good for everyone.

Anyhoo, I'm off to PR today!

Oh and there might be re-scheduling of the canceled trip. More on that later....

Good morning friends!!

I was stuck at home all day with DD7 yesterday and today it's DD5!!! ARGHH!!!! She woke up at midnight last night with a headache and fever. The fever seems to be gone this morning (so far), but now she's got a runny nose. She's had a runny nose and a cough for months, it seems. I just want her to feel better because I'm sick of the whiny child I've got now! Considering she's had a runny nose since before her birthday (early February), I'm thinking it may be time to see the doctor for some antibiotics.

So, it looks like I'll be around most of the day as well....

I'm back- all fresh and clean. We have regular school today and I have a mom's meeting tonight. I can't wait to get out of the house and away from all the stress for a few hours.
Kirt stayed in Austin last night so he could work really late and get up early. The people who were fired left a huge mess for him to organize and clean up. He's supposed to be home early, though, today so we can work on more of our check list.

Jodi- I'm sorry your baby's sick now. We've been suffering with allergies, runny noses, & coughs for months too.

Katt- I'm glad you were able to get on. I hope you enjoy your nice bath.

Z- Reschedule? How long are you going to leave us hanging?

Mel- Have a nice couch sleep.

CE- Have a great match! (Didn't I sound all knowledgeable in tennis?)

Morning! My gosh, I hate to sound braggy, but I can't keep it in... it is just absolutely, positively GORGEOUS down here this week! The sun is shining, it's hitting 80 every day and the nights are still cool.

Too bad I'm stuck in the Office From Hell every day of it. T-minus 64ish hours until our budget is due and still not a word. We've moved on to rampant speculation within divisions at this point; I anticipate open discussion and rumor generation to begin within the next 24 hours.

In all honesty, the stress is finally hitting me big-time; I haven't been sleeping well and am fighting panic attacks each time I pay a bill. The not knowing is just so nerve-wracking. The upside is I have no appetite, lol!

Yesterday we had the Purim Carnival. Tonight is the actual begining of the Purim holiday,

I understand it's a LOUD festive time... Doesn't it have something to do with Esther??

. Apparently, the fifth grade was having a rash of hair lice. DD11 was one of those identified. I'm not sure she really did given the glitter and colored paint from yesterday's carnival. But, it's not something to take chances with. So, I spent a good portion of the rest of the day picking up the right supplies to do kill the lice, and we did the first treatment. We've got to repeat the treatment two more times over the next two weeks. We've also been tracking down linen, stuffed animals, clothes, etc. and doing lots of .

Knock on wood .. we have not had that problem... but I get worried every spring Sorry David

I'll be around tomorrow, Katt.

So, in other news, Kirt stayed in Austin tonight. I miss him. He's been so busy. I know it's just for a little while until things get settled at work, but it's been hard on everyone. Start sending the prayers and good thoughts about the house selling, okay? If the house sells, I can finally relax!

I love it! As I said, DS and I will have to make a trip in the next few years.

Definitely you should! We've been going for about 10 years.

Yesterday we had the Purim Carnival.

My nephew dressed up as Yoda for school. They all got a goodie bag with a crown and treats but his favourite was a water bottle filled with rice and sparkles. Makes a lot of noise!
