So to cool off we went to the cupcake/ cafe shop by the supermarket and some some awesome cake and coffee. KC got a nutella cappuccino- YUM. Then we did a bit of grocery shopping. Now we are home and about to both turn on our games- me Animal Crossing and KC Fallout 3. What a great social life we have huh?

Ok Park Ticket Gurus... I need your help...

Undercover Tourist is having a great deal where they'll upgrade your 5 day MYW tix to a 7 day for the same price. I need 8 day tix.

My question: Could I purchase those and then pay to upgrade to an 8 day pass once I get to WDW??

I'm asking you guys, cause the budget board scares me! (NOMary )

Found this on a Theme park sticky:
Any upgrade must be done at WDW at a location with access to the Automated Ticketing System (ATS). Basically this is any park (including water park) ticket window or Guest Services location, or one of the Downtown Disney Guest Services locations. The Lobby Concierge staff at the Resorts do not have all the accesses we have at the Parks. It cannot be done at a Disney Store.

Any MYW ticket (other than Florida Resident Play Three or Play Four or any type of Annual Pass, discussed later) can be upgraded within 14 days of first use. There are no exceptions. This applies even if the ticket has the No Expire Option.

Note that you can add days or WPF&M to any ticket that has all the major theme park days used, provided it is still within 14 days of first use. However, you can not exceed ten days of total major park entitlements.

SIL said my Bro and his girlfriend are going out of town next weekend. SIL is going to keep the dogs. I asked her if she still gets to hang around with her friends since they both shared the same friends. There was only one she was close to and her hubby is close to my Bro. Bro keeps bringing the G/F around. Can we say AWKWARD?

I know this was her decision but I feel for her. It's so soon. He's not making it easy. Nothing like having your face rubbed in it! My brother is a jerk.

Woohoo!

And, we bought a house yesterday.

They won't start building it until our loan is approved, but I feel quite certain that will be easy for them to do since our bank is willing to fund us. I want the incentives that their lender is offering, though. Paid closing costs and $1000 bonus at desgin. Yes, please...

I just bought our plan tix on-line for the trip, so that's great too. I'll be back later. I'm going to snuggle with the kids and have coffee.

Good morning Fockers . Crazy here today. It snowed overnight, not much just enough to cover the grass and the cars. However, they are calling for 6 - 12 inches tonight into tomorrow, which means Jim and Jimmy will probably have a snow day...in March

Not doing much today. Just have some to do, but other than we are just hanging out. Jim and Jimmy may go out later to get an algae eater for Jimmy's fish tank.

I'm making an herb encrusted roast for dinner with sweet potatoe french fries and green beans.

Here's irony... IF our school system does not miss at all they HAVE TO START SCHOOL NEXT YEAR AFTER LABOR DAY... IF they Miss ONLY 2-3 they still might have to.
So I bet we will not have school tomorrow. Roanoke County LOVE TO BE IN CONTROL of when they can start the school year. It would only be a week later... but still.Should that happen.. we will miss 10 days next year.

Just dropping by to say HI, we are about to get hit with up to a foot of snow. At least I can work from tomorrow. Only flurries this morning, the heavy stuff starts around 7 tonight throught tomorrow morning.


I went to Palisades Center yesterday(for those familiar with the tri state area) and saw an Imax movie Under the Sea, it was good, well except for the sea snakes and me hiding under the pashima I had with me We then went to Chili's for dinner, love their food.

Today is clean the house and other fun chores.

They won't start building it until our loan is approved, but I feel quite certain that will be easy for them to do since our bank is willing to fund us. I want the incentives that their lender is offering, though. Paid closing costs and $1000 bonus at desgin. Yes, please...

I just bought our plan tix on-line for the trip, so that's great too. I'll be back later. I'm going to snuggle with the kids and have coffee.

congrats on the house. I am glad you will be able to get just what you want. It is no fun to live in something you are just settling for.

I was just going to book my air fare for the trip in Oct. when a little voice said you better check the school calendar. When I did I realize we do not get that holiday off. Why I thought we would is beyond me but we don't. I will have to plan a weekend during sometime we have off one even falls during the F&W. This just plain stinks. Every time I think I will get together with any of you for more than a few minutes it doesn't happen.

THat stinks Margie. At least your schools have the calander out for next year. They don't here yet and I have to put my vacay requests soon.
