Well, D got in really late, and of course came in talking to the dog again. I told him, "D? Shhhhhh!" But it worked, and he stopped.

I think it's HILARIOUS that D is chatting with the dog in the wee hours..... course I don't have to LIVE with him....LOL

I went to the Dr and she just gave me a prescription for some anti histamine pills and eye drops, not sure if I'll get them as you can often buy the same stuff way cheaper than the cost of the prescription so I'll have to see. I also said about the apple allergy and she said yeah people do get allergic to stuff Anyway my eyes are so much better, maybe because I'm not playing golf today will have to see how they are this evening!

I'm so glad they feel better. Ouchy eyes are no fun (I know).

:Lindsey is 6 years old and this was her first ear infection ever. Can you believe that? I'm just very surprised since DR seems to get one just about every winter. He didn't get one this time around though.

Gus had 18 his first year, alone. Then they put tubes in. I always thought that was strange, since they say breastfed babies don't have as high an incidence of ear infections. SD wasn't breastfed and he had NO WHERE near that many.

AM I the ONLY PERSON ALIVE.. that has not gotten a Pin code, e-mail, Post card for a Disney discount in the WORLD ?? AT SOME TIME It sure feels like it. I get other Disney stuff, both in the mail and the e-mails.. just nothing that I might consider using.

It's probably more fun to think that Disney has a one woman deprivation campaign out on you Katt, but I'm here to burst your bubble.
I haven't gotten one either. I have been going 3 times a year for 8 years now. You go too often for them to try to entice you back. (Someone said this the other day....)

It's calling me too. I stayed up late last night trying to book my airfare to return on Sat instead of Fri.........LOL.

Never seen those before. I guess I'm just used to seeing golf carts. Are most of your couses flat or hilly? It seems like all the good ones around us are hilly and a golf cart really is a must.

Anyway my eyes are so much better, maybe because I'm not playing golf today will have to see how they are this evening!

I'm glad they're better - I hope you're not allergic to golf. Actually, the course I grew up playing on had a spot on the 7th tee that always sent my eye into fits - it was a plant issue on that specific spot.

They got such an uproar on that policy that they've undone it. My BIL was very interested as he is a graphic designer and was going to have to be very careful what he put on his page, but he posted the link (and I saw it on my home page) that they reversed that one.

Tennis was good. I had my eyebrows done, then came home to find D gone. I was sure he said he was working from home today, but when I called to ask, "Where the heck are you?" he was down at the hangar. So, I have an empty house and nothing much to do.

It's pretty and sunny, but still only supposed to get to 35 today. Freezing rain/rain tomorrow, but high of 41, and then 50's for the weekend! The only thing too bad was that we'd planned to ski on Saturday, because of the new snow from Monday. We figured it would be the last ski day this year. But while it will be lovely to be outside, the snow may be totally crappy. We'll see.

I'll likely be in and out this afternoon, so keep having a good day!

Got to do some house work today.. we have a home inspector coming as we are refinancing and taking a little of our cash equity.. to pay our Taxes and pay off our only credit card debt.
I know they don't care about what the house "LOOKS LIKE" they are just making sure the house will appraise for the Amount of the loan. Uh yeah I think we can swing a 125,000 house value .. tax assessment is around 155,000 and houses around her sell for 160,000-180,000.

So, with many, many thanks to Jo, I've got my work/personal FB issues fixed, I think! I alreayd had my Friends sorted into groups, so I just added a "Work" group and gave it virtually no rights to anything on my FB page. In theory, I should now be able to be an administer for our work page (when we get one!) and network with people there without them seeing anything personal. I feel MUCH better about the situation now. PHEW!

Am I too biased to chime in?! BEACH baybee! Not just because I live here and love it, but because it sounds relaxing and calm. If you find yourself desperate for a theme park, BG is only 40ish minutes from St. Pete Beach.

I'm so tired. Kirt's home today and he's a work horse. I'm not used to all this hard work stuff. Every time I sit down I feel bad for it. But, he just left to go to the storage space with another trailer load. Everything's getting there. The realtor comes Staurday and we'll list on Monday.

Today's the big firing day. Kirt's old boss, his two daughters, his son and ahis son-in-law will all be fired at 3pm. I'm sure we'll hear the cussing from here!!!

I'm a little sad because I hate to see anyone lose their job, but these people have lied, cussed customers, stolen from the company... It's horrible. The company has been preparing for this day for years. So, I'm really happy for the company. They're a good, family company and don't deserve the treatment they've had.

So, all hell will break lose soon. Kirt has to call all his guys and tell him that he's moving and taking over later today. It'll be chaos for a little while, I think. But, it'll be good in the long run.

right now, the loan officer has our info and is processing it. He thought he'd have an answer in a couple of days for us. He didn't ask for the letter from the company, so we're crossing our fingers. Kirt did tell him we're listing it and what it's worth when they talked yesterday, so he knows we have the house. We'll see. So, as long as they keep moving forward with the new house and we sell this one, we're good. Mama's happy.

I'd better get busy.

Hey all . Crazy busy today. We are "reorganizing" the deaprtment and are in the process of transferring 48,000 cases However, before we can transfer them we have to review each and every one It is a massive undertaking!

Rachel - I would choose either..yeah I'm no help. As for FOTL access I think it would depend on when you are going. If it is going to be a less crowded time, then I would say it's not worht the extra $$.

Don't worry, Katt, I do think about my trip every once in a while. Once the house is on the market next week, I can spend more time thinking about it.

I talked to my sales counselor at the new home builder and she said we're fine for now. I'm not going to lose my lot, but not having my house sold may affect when they start building. Kirt feels confident that he will be able to talk to his boss and the higher ups at the company and they will use their relationship with the home builder to keep the house moving forward.
I'm hoping now that the firing of the old boss is done, Kirt can get some more answers tomorrow at work about specifics for our family.

You are lucky it's the first.. but it does not make it hurt less. You know that heat will ease the pain right ?? And for the cough... do you have a Warm mist Vaporizer and some Vick's stuff you pour in the water ?? It can help that cough.

Thanks Katt. The cough is gone and we did do the vaporizer. It helped both her and DR (they share a room). I can never find the liquid Vaporizer stuff though. I just smear on the normal stuff and use the vaporizer.

And I always forget about the heat helping. I'll have to try that the next time around. Thanks!

We're home and I'm now in between cooking dinner and the DIS. I have about 5 minutes left on the garlic bread (DR calls them fingers LOL) and we'll be ready to go.

Lindsey's doc appt went well but she now as an infection in the other ear. So another round of antibiotics for her. I am so mad at my ex though. He's to pay for the kids' doctor's bills. I get the bills here at my house and send them to him for him to pay. Well, as I go to leave the doctors office today we have a balance. I ended up paying for it because I hate having one. Totally pisses me off when he lies to me and thinks I won't find these things out.
