Good Morning!!! gotta get my butt in gear! Today is my appt with Annies K teacher. she likes to meet with the parents separately to learn more about your child.

wow, she meets with each parent individually?? that's awesome. i wasn't even allowed to walk my son into school this year. He's in 4th grade, but still i wanted to meet the teacher and see the classroom. i need to get out of this school district.

okay, i couldn't get the quote to work, but i'm having a visual on the kirsten dunst with a hippo roped to her bottom. now , that's what i'm going to think of every time you post!!! i think we need a picture.

loved all of your answers. nin is suprising! i like them too!!

Congrats on your Mom's blood work and continued prayers

Thank you, Deb. :goodvibes

OOOHHH Mama Likey... Pop that puppy over to me

Well.... I'll take that as a GREAT report on your Mom... Still have to wonder where the infection.. however small.. came from in the first place

Yeah, I don't know. She was in the hospital every day for 9 days before that with my grandfather, so maybe she picked up something. :confused3

LOL, sorry, no! MUCH closer to home... ::MickeyMo

Well, dang.

When he was little...his favorite movie was "The Wild Thornberry's." Anyone remember that show??? There was a very good message in the movie about protecting our earth and wildlife. Jon's favorite characters in the movie???

The poachers. :sad2:

:rotfl: :rotfl:

OH...I thought of a 3rd time. I let Jon live when he gives me attitude. So, that's life-saving moment 3 through 152.
Oh, yeah - if that counts I'm right there with you. :rotfl2:

:woohoo: Glad to hear it honey!!!

Thanks! :goodvibes

And maybe a day trip earlier to find some Fockers! ;)
Hmm, who's still there this weekend? popcorn:: Or are you stalking Michelle?

I was going to say yes, but now that I see you're telling Katt about pictures... no. :snooty:

I forgot to say B was only 2 or so. It wasn't, like, yesterday.

Awww, it's just Flat Dawn. Of COURSE I have pictures. :goodvibes

Thanks, Rachel - update below!

Thanks, and I DID do the dance for my first. Of course, being twins, it was the second, too, but I think I get the MOTY. :lmao:

First, my mom's bloodwork is back to normal! :cool1: They know that it wasn't a "false positive" the other day, but the sepsis level may have not really been as high as they thought. She may go home today, but more likely tomorrow.

Pshew.

1st-- you have twins , so you didn't really do the dance on your first. it's kinda like fuzzy disney math!!!

2nd-- so glad your mom is doing better!!:goodvibes

3rd-- lucky you're having nice weather, it's rainy and yucky here!

Well, I got called to sub in a tennis class again today - that's 3 in a row if anyone's counting... :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

I went out and got actual tennis shoes, rather than running shoes - if I'm doing this team thing, I want my ankles supported more. :thumbsup2

D is mowing the lawn, and I still have about 2 hours with no kids. I'm sure I should be cleaning, but I am just enjoying! ;)

Happy DEB Day!!!!!

Well, we're not doing anything today. It's a definite lie around the house day (probably the last one in awhile).

I was going to watch my boys (if you have to ask, look at my avatar) in their last preseason game tonight, but I just read that none of them are actually going to be playing. Peyton is still on the mend from knee surgery and my favorite player, Jeff Saturday, got hurt on Sunday and is trying to decide whether to have surgery or just sit out six weeks before playing. :sad1: I'm just hoping that someone will be ready for opening day!:confused3

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day!

i'm a browns fan, but the way they're looking i may need to find another team!!

are you going to any games this year???

my dh so excited cuz he's going to the browns/cowboys game on setp 7th. his mom bought 6 tickets for my fil, 2 bil, dh, my son and my nephew. she got great seats on lower level 30yard line!! but , it was ridiciulously expensive. i think she bought them cuz dh's 2 brothers like the cowboys. (we were going to disney sep6-13, but had to rearrange cuz of the game. that's why i don't think she really did it for my dh, but wouldn't be fair not to offer him. but ,he's still happy to go)
but with all the trouble they have put her through, i don't understand it!! one brother still owes them over $3000 in rent , since they bought his house for him and now he doesnt' have a job. crazy isn't it.

wow , this was supposed to be about football, but kinda turned completely around!!! :rolleyes1 sorry bout that!! the inlaw subject is a thorn in my side!!! can you tell?:lmao:

Aren't you supposed to be SLEEPING ??

no, not all day. i didn't work last night. i just wanted to sleep in while my 2 yrs old was still asleep. we both slept in till about 11am!!!! :rolleyes1 :ssst:

yep , give me that moty. cuz now he's going to be up after bedtime tonight too. but it's okay, cuz i'll be at work!!! :lmao: dh will have to deal with it. okay ,, go ahead and give me wife of the year too!!!:lmao:

Nutso. We have a 4-day weekend in Oct...the 10th-13th...and I'm thinking of going them. For a quickie. The kind of quickie that I can get behind. :confused3 The motha bought into some sort of vacation discount club and it has great deals on Disney.
Darn! Wish I could p[op over a few weekends in a row, but I've got two classes this semester - I'll NEED those weekends! :faint:

You need to wait another week! We'll be there from Oct 18-24!!!
See above. :guilty:

Hmm, who's still there this weekend? popcorn:: Or are you stalking Michelle?
THIS weekend?! Shoot - don't tempt me. ;)

No stalking with Michelle - we've got bonafied plans made! :thumbsup2

OMG, you were playing tennis in runners?! My sweet friend, it's a miracle you haven't destroyed your poor ankles! Go get you some court shoes - you'll see a HUGE difference! :thumbsup2

i'm a browns fan, but the way they're looking i may need to find another team!!
Welcome to my world - I'd like to trade in my Bucs. Actually, I am and alwyas will be a Bills fan, but we don't get their games on TV here. :sad2:

ooohhhhh, come on more details!!! i'm not very patient, seriously!! :lmao:
No details to report yet... just thinking and plotting... :rotfl:

I wish I could go to some games, but they're all sold out. With a new stadium and such, all the regular season games are totally sold out. In fact, I think even tonight's game is sold out. The only way I can get tickets is if one of my friends who are season ticket holders would miss a game. But, I toured the new stadium last weekend and that was cool. And if my nephew's marching band makes it to the state level, I can go then. It's really neat.

Cool that you have plans with Michelle. I was hoping that our trips would overlap, but they don't. She lives right near where my DH grew up, so they have a lot in common.

I used to love the Bills. When I was in the marching band in college, we did a road trip to Buffalo (from Ohio) for their opening day game. We did the halftime show. THe only problem was that during my freshman year, they were playing the Miami Dolphins and I went to Miami University in Oxford, OH. Our band uniforms had the word "MIAMI" right down the front of them! :scared1: Needless to say, the drunk men at the game didn't care for us! We had to keep reminding them that we were from Ohio (not Florida) and that we were rooting for the Bills. Luckily for us, they came back and won the game. Of course, that was with Jim Kelly as quarterback -- back in the good old days.

OMG, you're lucky you weren't killed! :rotfl: Fish fries were very popular on Buff/Miami game days. ;)

AMEN and HALLELUJAH!!!!!! :worship:
