BTW,I mentioned you family to GP and he asked what club David is with?:confused3
So did they give you funny looks talking about "friends" in foreign lands that you chat to on the internet? :rotfl2:
David is the head teaching pro at one of the busiest driving ranges in England so he's not at a club. keeps me in WDW holidays though :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Well I finally got my signature all fixed. I had to get rid of some text and make the remaining text small. I also had to get rid of my santa smilie.:sad1:
Can't you put it next to your pumpkin? :confused3

Ooh, congratulations! :cheer2: Do you play year round over there across the Pond?

That's funny about Jess, too. :) How cute!

I do understand the laptop thing - we got the laptops and promptly NEVER use the office anymore, except for printing. It's just so much better on the sofa in front of the telly.
We do play all year round unless there's snow, but that rarely happens, sometimes the course gets shut if it's too wet!

My DIS time really went up once I got my laptop, I can kind of pretend I'm part of the family when I'm in the lounge :rotfl2:

They got over that a loong time ago...:rotfl2: Still have a few friends that think I am crazy though...

OK, completely random grammar/spelling question:

I was reading the library book that Woody had picked out this week, all about giraffes. They continually used the word "hoofs" and I really thought it should have been "hooves."

TE, oh you hoofed mammal expert?

V, you grammar queen?

Anyone?

:rotfl:

I pride myself on my editing skills - my friend Dr. Belle has me editing research stuff again this week - and it's bugging me that I don't know if I'm right! :rolleyes1

Has anyone tried "blister Block" or "Body Glide"???? I'm torn on which one to try! I wanna pick it up ASAP but making a decision is beyond me today!

I bought Bodyglide, but we hardly used it, it did seem to work when we did though!
Like Jo said, I bought BodyGlide also but rarely used it. I never really needed it. Blisters on the feet could not have been prevented by it.

hoof /hʊf, huf/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[hoof, hoof] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation noun, plural hoofs or hooves for 1, 2, 4; hoof for 3, 7; verb

Thanks. Apparently a dictionary didn't come to mind. :rotfl2:

Hi just wanted to catch up on some reading here. I decided I would try and keep up here as best I can and am dropping the reading of some of the Tr's I do enjoy them but once I read everything I have no time to post any place and am so far behind I can't post in a timely manner any way.
I have to go and move the furniture out of my living room now so the guy can clean the carpet tomorrow at 9. It is so dirty and when I lift the mat my computer chair sits on you can really tell how dirty it is. I could not believe it had been only 6 months since the last cleaning. We even take of shoes at the door and it is still awful.

Hey, Z! Hope you had a nice evening!

Rosie, hi! How's the new job going so far?

They got over that a loong time ago...:rotfl2: Still have a few friends that think I am crazy though...
I constantly talk about my "friends" and my RL friends and family have got used to saying oh your Disney friends :rotfl2:

They continually used the word "hoofs" and I really thought it should have been "hooves."
I know DM looked it up but I would have definitely said hooves!!!!

Thanks. Apparently a dictionary didn't come to mind. :rotfl2:

Hi :wave2: I know what you mean I am subbed to sooooo many TR's but they're so addictive, I also try and keep up with all the UK boards too

Hi Z

Hi Rosie :wave2: When you start your new job will you then only be doing 1 job or are you still going to do 2? Did that make sense? :rotfl2:

TE, oh you hoofed mammal expert?
Well, since my maiden name was Hoofnagle (and no, I didn't make that up)--I vote for hooves.
(and my goat and horse magazines--not making that up either--say "hooves."

Thanks. Apparently a dictionary didn't come to mind. :rotfl2:
Well--when you have such experts on the DIS, who needs books right??:lmao: ;)

Thought I'd tell you what we're having for tea (dinner) tonight and see whether you have it. We're having toad in the hole!!!!!

No, not common here, but I've heard of it in my Brit lit... :)

TE, thanks for your help. I do love your maiden name. :) You were destined to be the hoofed mammal expert!

It is so funny that I didn't even consider the dictionary - my first thought was, "I'll ask on the DIS." :rotfl2:

I constantly talk about my "friends" and my RL friends and family have got used to saying oh your Disney friends :rotfl2:
I still get the eye rolls. My brother tells me you all are my only friends!

I know DM looked it up but I would have definitely said hooves!!!!
Me too, for the record.

Hi :wave2: I know what you mean I am subbed to sooooo many TR's but they're so addictive, I also try and keep up with all the UK boards too
You mean you have OTHER friends?

Well, since my maiden name was Hoofnagle (and no, I didn't make that up)--I vote for hooves.
(and my goat and horse magazines--not making that up either--say "hooves."
And I thought I couldn't wait to get married to change my name. No, I'm not giving my maiden name. I hated it.

Thought I'd tell you what we're having for tea (dinner) tonight and see whether you have it. We're having toad in the hole!!!!!
And what the blazing saddles is toad in the hole?
