Awww... :goodvibes

We have two girls, but on Saturday they had a field open so they split the teams in two (which worked a lot better, more like actual plays going on!), and the girls ended up on the other field.

ETA: the names I yelled were actually Buzz & Woody's twin classmates - one in each of their classes - and though they are fraternal, too, I was bad and yelled the wrong name! You'd think I'd be more sensitive as a twin mom! ;)

Hi Tracy!! We have way too many eggs in the fridge!!! need any? ;)
We have 6 new chicks coming first week of June..cant wait!! I`ll post pictures..

Been catching up a little...I thibk I need to PM HSM..

We are having a yard sale on May 31..was supposed to be the 24th. but we got an invitation to our Godsons confirmation that day,,cant miss that,,and they were really good friends of ours and we lost touch a little. so it will be nice to re-connect...

Thanks for the prayers guys!

Katt--I'll let you know if we have to transfer him. His RA and Cardiologist are at Lewis Gale so thats where we'd be headed. Hopefully will have a better day tomorrow.

TE- Now it's my turn to hug you! I'm sorry your dad isn't feeling well. I'll add him to my prayers tonight. Keep us updated, okay? :guilty:

I'll tell Baylie she should be better soon. I just went in her room to help her calm down she's been crying on and off all night. I think she's finally about to fall asleep. :sad1:

All right. It's short and maybe boring, but here are some videos from t-ball on Saturday. That's me yelling, but, just FYI, the kid I'm telling to "run!" is not my own, so don't get confused by the name. I was the third base coach that day. :rolleyes1

Great videos CE, although in the second one I had to laugh at the 1st baseman..looking everywhere but at the pitcher who wants to throw the ball to him:rotfl2:

I'm going to look for something part-time. Perhaps with an agency so I won't have to worry about Fockerfest, KWIM?

Sounds like a goood plan:thumbsup2

What;) :lmao:

V: I love the bed!!!

Katt: They did give us wax. She has wax on the brackets at the end. Those were sticking to her mouth. Now, I'm trying to alternate tylenol and aleve. I'm glad to hear about the water pick. She said it was really hard to floss last night. I wasn't home to help her, so I'm hoping it will be easier with a little help. Otherwise, I'll be picking that up too.

Rachel: That's too funny! I can't believe he told you.Kirt would suffer in silence. :lmao: Do they make wax for that?!

We just got home from Grandma's picking up more wax, and buying some mouth numbing gel. When B got into the kitchen she just started sobbing. I felt so horrible. I have her laying down in my bed watching t.v. with an ice pack on her face. :sad1: Aiden hugged her and Camryn made her a card. Sweet kids.
 that is sweet.. hope she feels better soon.!!

no exactly wax, but the doctor did use dermabond, which is glue. i dont' think he wouldv'e come in was in not for the bleeding!! hope i dont' gross anyone out!! i get so used to stuff like that, i forget that some people are squimish!!:scared:

Rachel--> OMG :scared1: about your work story.... how embarrassing for him!!!!

Today I'm just cleaning up and relaxing and making a few calls to the Drs about my paperwork. Tomorrow is the in-laws but we got 2 friends to come with us (this usually makes his mom much more social and nice, so she doesn't look bad in front of friends), so that makes it much easier on me!

Tomorrow is free iced coffee day at dunkin donuts here! Theres one by us and by his parents- you can bet i'm stopping!

Happy Wednesday!!!
COLOR]

hey there kat... i messed up your quote, sorry. :confused3 i'm excited for free iced coffee well!! dunkin donuts gets met through many a day and night without sleep!!! hopefully the mil won't be too bad . i'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

I finish school in 4 weeks. We did a Day Out With Thomas last year - the kids had a ball! DH - errrrr... not so much. :sad2:

He got the "beans above the frank"??? :rotfl2:
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

so will you be a dentist, dental hygenist, dental assitant? it's impressive!! i work in an er, but there's just something about working wiht peoples mouths all day!!! how i find vomit, poop, and other bodily fluids okay is beyond me!!!
i didn't know they did per diem work in the dental field, that's cool though. that way you can pick your own hours. much easier with kids!!

yeah, my kids loved thomas, but the parents just kind of have to suffer through!! not like disney where we all have a blast! sing along, thomas the tank engine rolling along. ... la la la la la........la la la la la :rotfl2:
It's rhyming slang...........

Apples and pears = Stairs

Whistle and flute = Suit

China (short for china plate) = mate
ohhhhhhhh... i was in the dark too.. thanks for the explanation.
Oh, Jo & Mel, thanks for thinking of me! I've just been really busy.

D got home Sunday night around 9:00 and I think I popped in and posted Monday that he was frantically trying to catch up on what he felt needed to be done in the house. He also ended up going out to get a haircut whilst I took the boys to tennis. We then all met up to go out to eat, but we came home and watched some TV together and he got ready for an early trip.

He had to fly from really early yesterday morning to about 8:00 last night, and in the meantime I had an eyebrow appointment in the morning followed by grocery shopping and then playgroup in the afternoon. I got back right before dinner, then he turned up after the boys went to bed and again we just chatted and caught up on some shows, so no computer.

Today he left around 6:00 and won't be home until Sunday night. I just messed about the house this morning, then the boys had dental checkups this afternoon, followed by a playdate until dinner time.

Tomorrow, I've got nothing until t-ball at 6:15 p.m. Well, my neighbor's DS7 has a filling and if he's feeling too bad to go back to school, I said he could come here whilst she goes to her half-day of work as a kindergarten p.m. aide.

So, I did a lot of skimming, but:

Mo, glad that you're away from Witchy Poo.

Angela, sorry about the TSM fiasco - I was looking forward to hearing about it! But it can't be as frustrating for me as it was for you!

HSM - hoping B is better. I'd just say as many painkillers as she can take. It WILL get better.

Kat - in-laws are funny things. : I actually got along better with my MIL before kids, because she was pretty normal. She is now insanely jealous of the kids when we visit (forget seeing friends, etc.) AND she constantly doesn't listen to what I think should be happening - all the while saying what a wonderful mom I am. She's not awful, though, I have to say. She's just a different person now that she's a grandma, and it's not necessarily better. D's dad - her ex - and his wife get upset when they don't "know" the kids as well, but then they never, ever call, never come, etc. Well...

T2 - have a great anniversary, if we don't see you by then.

T - congrats on a day off school!

V - love the bed!

Jo - I only see Albert Einstein.

Hi everyone! I know I'm forgetting things. :grouphug:

Hi friends---
had a rough last 24 hours---dad is in the hospital---mom came home from work and found him collapsed on the bed--chest pains, difficulty breathing, confusion...

We spent 6 hours in the ER then to ICU. They think he has pneumonia and hepatitis (but not sure what caused the liver problems). Plus his heart went into a fib (beats rapidly but does no good) and his blood pressure went down to 30s.

Please say a word of prayer for him---hopefully we will know soon everything that is going on. He's in our little rural hospital too so may have to fly him somewhere bigger.

  i will keep you and your family in my thoughts!!! i hope the hospital is treating you and your family well. i know it doesn't help what your're going through, but does tend to make things easier when the hospital staff is thougtful and accomodating. i'll be thinking of you.

next 3 days off...yahhh!! going to play with the kids.. but this friday i get a "me" day. it's ems/paramedic week, so we're having a golf outing. so... lots of er staff, police, firefighters, paremedics = not much golf, lots of alcohol, maybe a golf cart fender bender!!! can't wait..

i'm just :surfweb: , but replace that coffeee with a glass of wine!!:rotfl:

just one question though. i've opened a bottle of homemade wine, no way to recork it. i'm the only one drinking it... does this mean i have to drink the whole bottle, so it doesn't go bad???? :rotfl2:

better not!! the :headache: tomorrow will not be worth it!!!

good night to all.

Well, I'm disney obsessed! I'm a speech therapist by day, DISser by night...and sometimes during work!

Nice to meet ya! :flower3:
