And, it turns out my dates were wrong - Dad had his second chemo treatment yesterday. They decided to do all three medicines in one day, rather than doing it over two days as they did the first time. He didn't sleep again last night, but hasn't gotten ill or anything, so I guess that's good. He has to go in every day this week for white blood cell booster shots and some prednisone, but he didn't have to be there for hours again today, which is better. I hope it doesn't make him sicker to do them all at once.

Dudes, those online ADRs are dangerous! I was able to pull all my phoned-in ADRs up online, so I've been making and canceling meals like a mad woman! I wonder how many others are doing the same... it's at the point where I check each morning just to see what's magically become available overnight. Even if I don't want them, it's sort of fun to watch openings come and go.

The fire station visit was good, the girls had so much fun as the firemen let them play with the hoses and they all got absolutely soaked, literally like they'd been swimming

Today I've just done the supermarket shop and played 9 holes of golf, tonight we're going to a meeting at Ellie's new school where she'll be told which class she's in and meet the kids

Tennis worked out well - I played well and the kids had a ball running around with their friends.

I have finally done some sorting/trashing/packing up of all the carp they brought home from school. My mom sent a package with some $ for the end of school, and so now they want to go to a toy store. I will consider it once I shower.

I have also learnt my lesson well, and I am making the recovery disks for the new computer that D's keeping.

It's FINALLY a nice day , but tomorrow's scheduled to be yucky again.

Andy's been on vacation all week, so my time has been occupied with doing stuff with the familia. We headed to DLR last night to catch the new fireworks and Fantasmic. OMG, the new fireworks were awesome. Dumbo flew around the castle as "Baby Mine" was piped in, it was so adorable I got all verklempt! It's on youtube if you want to see it.

I got into an altercation with a stupid woman right infront of my Brownie co-leader. She was shocked when I put my ghetto on. I'm usually more reserved, but this woman really pissed me off.

OMG! "Baby Mine" is my song I sing to Tau! I sang it to him everynight from the time I learned I was pregnant until now! It is so special to me because I got pregnant before we married and I had a lot of people try to convince me to put him up for adoption because it just wasn't proper bla bla bla and how was I going to explain to my other kids bla bla bla and I always felt that he had the world against him since before he was born. So I picked that song to be *our* song. I cry everytime we watch Dumbo and she sings to him. Then usually Tau makes me sing it to him again.

Ellie's meeting went fine, the kids were split into their tutor groups, now normally they never allow kids from the same primary school to be together so they'll all mix which I think is great. Let's see, I crawled around unhooking phones, computers, moving chairs, etc all in prep for the electricians coming in tomorrow to start pulling power, phone and data line. I was sweating so bad I'm going to grab something to eat and then take a shower.

Not much planned for tonight. Jimmy wants to ride his bike after donner so we will probably do that.

Today was Jim's last day of school Tomorrow is Jimmy's last day of camp.

BTW - I come home from work and logon to check out the news that I didn't get to hear today and I find out Farrah Faucet died and Michael Jackson has been rushed to the hospital in cardiac arrest. What the heck is going on

I made it through my Dr. Seigle visit with new drops and an appt. to see him again at the end of Aug. In the realm of Dr. Seigle visits, this is good.

Poor Michael Jackson. You know, he was odd but who knows what kind of life or childhood he had. I hope his children are ok. They're still fairly young, I think.

My chicken enchiladas came out YUMMY!! I am all full of wonderful food now and I'm going to sack out on the couch. I can't read, as my eyes are still dialated. Guess I'll just have to watch bad TV. LOL
