I didnt get my trip to DL, but...I got marc to agree to have our wedding at DL!

Ooh.... they have the prettiest weddings right in front of the castle at night. Gorgeous! Oh and you could have your wedding reception on the courtyard infront of IASW.

They also have the rose garden wedding, but it's not that intimate, KWIM?

We saw a bride riding up in Cinderella's coach and Maddie told me "That's what I'm having, Mom!" That's my girl! Of course it helps that her future husband and future IL's are Disneyfied, so it's all good.

I'm a little depressed because I got audited by the IRS from my 2006 taxes that this fraudulent tax guy did. I know the guy's fraudulent because a lot of people from work went to him, plus my brother and they all got audited. I was hoping my taxes weren't done wrong, but apparently they were. Our accountant friend helped my brother find out that the tax guy was stealing money from people's returns and claiming more deductions and pocketing them and giving the people back less than what was claimed on the forms. So now I know I'm gonna owe, I just don't know how much yet.

Yes, yes it will be a long drive. In one way I'm jealous because I would love to drive cross country like that and to stop at all the fun and neat places but I'd like to do it in my own time, not on someone else's time schedule.

I am so sorry I won't be quoting people because if I did I would have one of the longest posts in DIS history, I just read through 12 pages to get caught up. I need to get on this thread every day and vow to after tomorrow. I will be doing laundry and tidying up the apartment.

We had a quiet weekend, watching moving on TV since Direct TV had a free premium weekend. I have been busy planning for our trip in November with the well, kinda grandkids. My son lives with his girlfriend and we are taking them and her two kids, 11 and 4 to Disney with us, they are newbies .

I have been having fun planning how we are going to surprise the kids etc. Bill and I will have such fun seeing Disney through children's eyes, we can't wait.

We dropped my friend's boys off with the next house parent. Their parents are coming home tomorrow. They said the sweetest prayer last night for dinner. They said "Please God help us to not be sad and to not cry just because our parents left us and went to Colorado without us" I had to leave the kitchen because I didn't want them to see me laughing at them.

I know the feeling on that one, though. I talked to the kids yesterday and Lindsey is very ready to come home but DR could stay there in LA forver. Of course DR would be happy living in a box on the streets. LOL As long as he had toys to play with he's all good. I don't think it helps that the Wicked Witch of the West ex-MIL is coming to visit them and Lindsey does NOT like her. We'll see how it plays out over the next few days.

Because I thought it would be a great idea to sign my kids up for classes all summer so they wouldn't drive me nuts. .

When I was looking at camps for the kids for summer I thought the same thing...why do they have to start so early??? Don't they know its summer time???

Anything that can wrong is with this reorganziation. I have the construction crew coming in on Saturday to reconstruct our 12th floor. However, they won't approve our electricians for overtime to work on Saturday. Explain to me how I can have cubicles built but no electricity run to them

Had my first day of class today. It's a Keyboarding class, Yay...NOT! LOL I know how to type, and yes while it may be crude, do I really need to know proper form and how many WPM I type? Let's hope it will be an easy class.

I'm supposed to have a math class later on today but was wait listed. So now I don't know if I'm in or not. It might actually be better if not since there is a 4 hour break in between classes. That is a lot of sitting around and waiting. So, if I do get it I might drop it and add it to my fall schedule. We'll see how it goes though.

Is it possible to exercise yourself to illness? I was feeling really strong and energetic yesterday morning, so I did a High Intensity workout with my Sadistic Wii Trainer. I was okay with it, but an hour or so later I started feeling like a truck had run me over and had to lie down. I woke up 4 hours later! I'm taking a rest day today to recover.

So, when I got home from tennis and the store, the mail was here. I got my birthday present (yes, 4 months and a couple of days late ) from Dr. Belle. She started sewing and she made me a purse! It's cool - I'll take pictures and show you later.

But I also had the recovery discs from HP, so that's good - I'm setting up my computer right now and also have started trying to move stuff from D's computer to this one, so that he can have it soon.

But, I also have to go to school here in a bit, so I'm going to keep moving! Hope your day keeps going well!

Right now the display isn't "fine" enough, but I'm hoping that will change once everything's really installed. I keep a budget of everything I spend on a spreadsheet and I'm a longtime poster on the "No Buy" thread on the budget board, and I realized that of my $400 paycheck for the last two weeks of work, $80 went to gas and $340 went to the girls' camp.

I washed the bras, did the dishes, got the laundry together, did my nails & toes and got my outfit together for tomorrow. Yes. It totally disappeared. I took a suggestion to update the driver, and then there was nothing there - just an "unknown USB device" which no driver would make work. It's working now - though reinstalling all the stuff is taking forever. But I was able to test the cam, and it's there.

it's almost my birthday. I feel old. OH BTW I will probably spend a small chunk of it in the DMV because I need to have my married name finally put onto my liscense for WoD.
