The party was not too good as hardly any of their friends showed up and to boot neither did a lot of family Judy Is MAD!!!!! We have a lot of Pizza and cake left over !!!
My Ex did come ans was actually prett cordial to me !! He talked about retiring and of course I asked how much I would get and he was not nasty at all !!
The girls father also came and gave them money 1 Eveing with him and I know why all over again it didn't work !!He is soooo STUPID!!! He rambles on and on and on........ Of course making NO SENSE!!!
I amoff to work 12 hour and then double back in a.m so may not be on for a couple of days unless I get a break in the afternoon !!Have a GREAT Sunday!!!

Went and did Jessica's last golf card for her handicap and got stuck behind some bad men and it took 4 hours to play But Jess did well and the sun was shining!

Rosie - That is too bad about the party. That is the problem with summer birthday parties, so many of the kids are out of town on vacation or tied with things like summer camp. Growing up we always had my birthday party in June before school ended even though my birthday was at the end of July. We did that so that we could be sure that most of my friends would be in town and available to attend the party. I hope the girls had a good time anyways!

So the Northeast is in a heat wave, can't complain too much as it's the first one this year. Too hot to be outside so the pugs and I are hibernating inside!

Work is crazy busy, but at least I like what I do, just wish there was a tiny bit less. Although, if I'm busy I'm employed and nowadays that's a good thing!

I saw all FB birthday wishes, thank you, my niece and nephew alerted me as they posted there too. My nephew's was Friday so we had the family barbeque yesterday. His girlfriend drove in from PA to surprise him (they go to the same school in PA) I can't believe he is 20, how the heck did that happen!

Oh and 27 days until my next vacation!

We got home kinda late and I had to work this morning, 10-2. It was a LONG 4 hours. We really had nothing to do, so much so that at the end of my shift I was told NOT to come in tomorrow and to just come in for my call in shift monday instead!

I can't be happier about that! I actually got things done today! I had time, no rushing. I also have tomorrow to do things! I feel so much better about that.

Anyways I am going to catch up on my threads! Happy weekend everyone!

I freakin' flipped out today. It's only been 4 days and I'm going INSANE! I couldn't stand the dust anymore, so I cleaned myself into a frenzy. I think I scared Andy.

My brother invited us over for dinner and I drank too much, so now I'm sleepy and in need of some pixie dust, so I've decided we're going to Disneyland tomorrow. I need it! I want to pretend I'm on vacation again and get there at rope drop, have lunch and go back to the room for some swimming/rest time and head back for dinner. Except, I'll have to come home for the swim/rest time.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Haven't done a whole lot today. The kids spent the night with the sitter so I was able to sleep in and have the whole bed to myself. Woke up with a sore beck and shoulder though.

My dad is leaving for FL tomorrow so he has been packing like a mad man today. He's taking his computer with him so I had to switch things around and then I signed him up for Facebook. I think that is just hilarious! LOL

The kids are still with the sitter. She took them to her son's apartment complex in Morgantown so the kids could swim and then also celebrate her DS's b-day. She called a little bit ago and said the kids are having a blast! Her DS was a life guard in high school and has pretty much taught my kids to swim today. YAY!

That's about it for me. Hope everyone in having a good Sunday.

Well I'm back from my super short trip. Didn't get to do much though. We got there almost at 3pm and then we hung out with one of my cousins because he didn't go with my other cousins to Sea World. So I left my mom and him at DTD while I went up to meet with my friend and her family at Epcot. Walked around Epcot, I had my margarita. Then we hit on the hot Norway guy in Puffin's. Very hot! Decided to head over to MK. That was (Epcot kinda was too....long line on the 3 Mexican ducks), you could tell free dining had started.

At MK we hit up POTC and HM while Spectro was going on. Then her family wanted to ride some more rides in FL, but I was starving and decided to get myself some food at CHH and then a funnel cake in honor of Mel. Got my CHH, but when I headed over to get the funnel cake #1 it started raining and #2 the line was outrageous....so I skipped that. Waited for the rain to stop and headed over to CP to stake out a spot for Wishes. I was supposed to meet my friend, but her family decided to leave. So I watched Wishes, got verklempt, but was happy I got to see it before the AP dies.

Called my mom to pick me up at DTD. Checked out the T-Rex restaurant, which looks awesome and the food sounded pretty good. Then we spent the night with my cousins who were there because her son (another cousin) has leukemia and this was their Make a Wish vacation.

Short trip, but I was happy I got one last visit 'til who knows when.

Doing some travel planning---we decided to not go to NY in Dec and save miles/money to go to Paris and Germany next year! I've never been overseas.....I hear they talk funny! Well like I said above, today I cleaned the house. The laundry is just about done too. I just felt like getting it all out of the way on my first day off. Tomorrow I'm going to town for a few things. I am hoping to finish a couple of outside projects. They are saying it is going to storm. However they have been saying that for the last 3 days and it hasn't happened yet. Just super hot!

It's might quiet around our house, too! Most of the crap work is done - the painters can't come until the skim coating is dry, so that should be tomorrow. Once they paint, then we get the cabinets put in and it's down hill from there, I hope!

We're looking at June so hopefully ok weather. Daran mentioned that the French can kinda be snotty at times. He thought the Germans were nicer! Ab is excited. She starts French III this year, so is hoping to be able to talk some to them.
