Yep, my Monday was a complete waste! I had vertigo for the first time in my life accompanied by nausea. I think it was withdrawl from the meds I took for the migraine last week.

Hi everyone! Had a nice day, KC picked me up at work and we ate cupcakes in this little cute spot with a waterfall and then had some wings for dinner at Hooters. Now I have to get ready for my day out with my friends tomorrow and then my weekend of work shifts and laundry and grocery shopping.

Thanks everyone for the virtual hugs. The ex called this evening to talk with the kids. Surprise, surprise. He then e-mailed me and said that that was his new phone number and to have the case worker call him using that. Sorry dude, I am not your secretary, you call the lady and face the music. Besides, I don't think the number is his anyways. It popped up on my caller ID as someone else and was a CA number. He must take me for the moron.

I know!!!! The first we knew was when it was posted by all the fan sites!!! From what I've heard, this is just hearsay not official, they put it to 90 whilst they sorted out the online system and were always going to return it to 180

Oh wait. I was going to complain about something. DH just told me he invited his brother to Disney for next fall. I love his brother and we hardly get to see him (he lives in VA). But we already have 9 people in 2 rooms at POR. Then I was still hoping to get a 2br at BLT by renting points for a few nights. I think 10 people (5 adults and 5 kids) at POR is too many so looks like we will have to get a 3rd room. And now I dont know what to do about the BLT situation. We are going to have to discuss this tonight.

We made it. D's plane was a little late, and so by the time he got out of the airport, it was 7:45. I drove until about midnight, then he drove for about an hour and a half, but then crashed. I drove until 4:30, then he took over again - I slept in the third row of the van for about 3 hours. Then we stopped at Cracker Barrel for a leisurely breakfast and we got into my MIL's about 11:30 Central time. Not bad, driving time wise, but I am WIPED.

So glad you arrived safely CE and wow what a long drive. enjoy your stay

Yes it is! 9 I can handle since it is only 4 adults and 5 kids. The rooms have two queens with a trundle for a total of 4 queens and two trundles. I was willing to give up privacy for 4 nights in exchange for 4 nights at the BLT at the end of the vacation (even though that meant no tramplining ).

With BIL coming, we could still legally fit all 10 in two rooms but DW wont let us sleep all 10 at BLT.

Now I am considering 2 cabins at FTW

I'm working - kinda. The plant is shut down for maintenance for the next week. We are doing some odd jobs and clean-up. We call it 'busy-stay-out-of-trouble-work.'

I forgot to mention that I was at the 45 day mark for my trip yesterday! Come on Disney mail!! I sent Rockie some menus for the restaurants that I have chosen. She was so excited. We are both so ready for this!!

Kristel you ar rght I a a Tired Old LadyAfter the cpr class where of course we had to knel down to do 2 full minutes of cpr My poor arthritic knees kept me up halfthe night rebelling

Hada GOOd day even if t was long !!Today I wasn't called a " Biotchor my Boss a tramp!!! No one ran away They had liverwurst in house for my lunch and made chicken fingers for supper So a good eating day too !!

So I've got some kind of stomach thing...stayed home from work yesterday and still feel crappy today...I did manage to go back several pages and catch up though. More than I've been able to read in months!

Was hoping to head out tonight and find a spot to catch the Paul McCartney concert but right now I just feel so crappy I don't even want to get in the shower...

I'm wondering when my little guy changed from Saturday morning cartoons to shows like The Wizards of Waverly Place and The Suite Life...although apparently Phineas & Ferb are still cool...

M survived his first week of school and has already declared that "3rd grade sucks" . School doesn't bother him nearly as much as the after-school place though...apparently no one wants to play with him and he's very sad and unhappy. I feel awful for him and no amount of hugs seem to make him feel better. I've tried explaining that it takes time to get to know people, but it doesn't help. And the kids are mean...they call him a nerd because he wears glasses...

Hopefully things will improve for him. And soon.

His birthday is in 3 weeks...he'll be 8 already! When did that happen?? Time just flies!!

Well, I had better get a plan together for something for us to do today, even if it's wrong...the little guy is getting restless...

Mitch went out with my BIL last night and I decided to stay up until they got home, at midnight. I actually wanted to see Nadal play tennis too so we stayed up until 1.30 and I'm awake at 6.30 this morning! I tried going back to sleep but it wasn't happening. I hate not sleeping!

Good Morning Fockers! We have a busy day going on for us today.

I'm about to get the kids and I dressed and then we have to go out on the road for the rest of the day.

First up is school supply shopping along with getting some clothes and shoes for the kids. We have a friend's baby shower this afternoon. Afterwards I'm dropping the kids off at the sitter's to spend the night. I guess she and her DH are taking the kids to see the rodeo tonight and then taking them down to Morgantown to see her son for his b-day and swim in his pool tomorrow. Once I drop the kids off I'm then heading over to the BFF's to watch a movie, eat some junk and gossip. Yay to sleeping in tomorrow!

OK...I gotta run and get ready! Hope everyone has a good weekend!

MIL's 3 sisters came in from CA last night, too, and they are a hoot, but sometimes also very odd. D & I went for a run, and I need to shower, but I snuck up to our room (the attic, truly, but it's a gorgeous bedroom with a bath, etc.) for a second.

Afternoon Fockers !Well I got good nights sleep!!We are getting ready for th BIG Party today!! I had to shop for snax etc, Judy got the cake and other stuff. The girls have been busy cleaning !! Steph is MISS Cleaner !! So the kitchen is neat, her room is neat !! The vacuumed etc !! I cleaned or should I say shovelled out my messy room !! All this Disney stuff makes it messyhat's my story anywho!!! I have jus got the girls clothes that they picked out for their gifts I have 1 more layaway which I will get ou before the 22nd which is their actual birthday

Since our last day is up to Rockie, I'm not sure where we will do lunch that day. Our ADR is late for Le Cellier so we will need a good lunch to hold us over.

Hiya everyone!

Long few days! We had a really nice day out with my friend and her husband. Her mom came too as we met up with her aunt at one point as well. I'll save the details for the pics, i took a ton. I have yet to put them on the pc tho.

We got home kinda late and I had to work this morning, 10-2. It was a LONG 4 hours. We really had nothing to do, so much so that at the end of my shift I was told NOT to come in tomorrow and to just come in for my call in shift monday instead!

I can't be happier about that! I actually got things done today! I had time, no rushing. I also have tomorrow to do things! I feel so much better about that.

Anyways I am going to catch up on my threads! Happy weekend everyone!

Hi All.

I read, but I'm just too exhausted to quote, so please forgive me.

I freakin' flipped out today. It's only been 4 days and I'm going INSANE! I couldn't stand the dust anymore, so I cleaned myself into a frenzy. I think I scared Andy.

My brother invited us over for dinner and I drank too much, so now I'm sleepy and in need of some pixie dust, so I've decided we're going to Disneyland tomorrow. I need it! I want to pretend I'm on vacation again and get there at rope drop, have lunch and go back to the room for some swimming/rest time and head back for dinner. Except, I'll have to come home for the swim/rest time.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.


LL, that sucks about what's going on with Michael... but I like S'lates response. I think once they get to know him, everything will be ok. He's a great kid with a fantastic sense of humor - and his Michaelisms? Gotta love him!

Hey friends!! Trying to catch up on the updates! I'm having some quiet time to myself---Daran took BA camping and Ab's sleeping so still in PJs!

Doing some travel planning---we decided to not go to NY in Dec and save miles/money to go to Paris and Germany next year! I've never been overseas.....I hear they talk funny! Trying to work out frequent flyer miles which is putting together a giant puzzle----you can fly here on this day....but you can't get back to there.....

And I hear they have a Disney in Paris---Jo, have u been?? BA wants to know all about it.
