Good morning! I have some catching up this AM, but wanted to stop and say HI! My DH woke me up with his snoring, so I am going to read the DIS and see if I can fall asleep again.
So not much thenThis is what my mother had planned...
So it's good then????OK...whoever was responsible for me reading the "Twilight" books...you are in trouble. I'm supposed to be doing stuff. What I'm actually doing...is reading!
Wooohooo on your school paper and Leo's photo book sounds lovely!I finished my school paper this morning - yay! - and I've settled in on a maaaaaajah (said in my very best Posh imitation) project: making a photo book on Shutterfly for Leo, ages 0-5 years. It wouldn't be so challenging if the first couple yearts of his life weren't pre-digital photos. There's a whole lotta scanning going on......![]()
Does she have an English accent? And to tell DisneyJo that you are my new favorite. My best Aunt is my Aunt Jo. She is a Disney fanatic. So in my head, when I read your posts, I hear her voice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah Mo I know you love me and my Englishness reallyThe only problem is Jo isn't really a Brit,
Just a few facts:
1. Does not likes tea!
2. Does not likes Benny Hill
3. and Does not like Monty Python
Now I ask, what self respecting Brit admits such things,
and if I remember correctly isn't she a little fuzzy on the monarchy?
Did you go to Britain on vacation?![]()
Yeah, but Jo's Brit accent is questionable, at best![]()
Someone actually lives in the Castle so I've never seen it up close before, I didn't even think to take my cameraIs anyone else very jealous by this statement?![]()
They're going to do it again next year!Did you get it built yet?D & I starting moving our bedroom stuff around this morning in anticpation of building the Ikea stuff we bought last week. We've got the bed moved, the yucky dresser outside, the "going to the guest room" dresser in the guest room, and the new TV stand built.
I definitely think you're right Rosie, those programmes are way more popular in the US than here!Katt are you honing in on MY Jo !! Jo you are my BESTEST!!and I prefer coffee to tea, can't stand Benny Hill or Monte Python!!I really think they both are more popular over here than in England!!

Of courseokay, castle, garden , lounge, tea. this sounds just all too cool to me. i can't wait to visit england. one day we will go. we can stay with you for a few weeks , right jo?![]()

CuteHere are some pics of Jimmy with his new roller skates
See we were all right, rest is the best medicineI feel so lazy, but I know that I feel better today than I have all week. So, it must be the right thing to do.

So not much sleep for her
About 2 hours ago she fell asleep on the sofa which she so needs, kind of mucks our day up though, oh well!
I know you do Mo and it makes me laugh tooJo - of course I love you, I just question your Britishness![]()
EnjoyNot much planned here other than some serious couch time.![]()

Hey, did they move the smilies around again!
Janet- I love the pics! Something's wrong with those other kids' faces. You shouldn't let Jimmy hang out with them anymore in case it's contagious!

Also- A has been asking for skates, but we live on a hill. I'm so scared already when he comes fish-tailing on his bike down the hill, I can't handle skates, so I've been ignoring him.
I carefully calculate the fluid needs for my tube fed residents and then calculate how much water the formula contains, and I have the nurses give them extra water through the tube for meds and to meet their needs. Their needs can greatly increase quickly though if they have a fever, infection, etc. which makes it tough. It's a big red flag if anyone gets dehydrated so I watch it pretty closely.
Alzheimers is really a sad way to go--takes away your whole life.

Well we could here the girls next door in their tent (Ellie went on a sleepover party next door) at 11.30pm when we went to bed and heard them again when we woke up around 7.30am, when I collected Ells she said she was the first to go to sleep at 2.30amSo not much sleep for her

I know what you mean! I got nothing done till all 3 books were read! (and then I read them again slower!)that sounds fun!! from working in the er, i can say there are lots of people who could benefit from some diabetic diet teaching, kwim?! i just luv er, i found my niche there!!! i liked the residents in the nursing home, but as a nurse, it's very hard. there is sooo much to do and you have to supervise the nursing assistants. there were some good ones and there were some not so good ones. even when it's crazy, i gotta luv my er!!![]()
)
I'll tryAnd Disney Jo, could you drop the accent so you and my head voice matchTIA
Wooohooo can't wait to meet herJo It's Ready !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's interesting.... I also heard on DIS unplugged or read somewhere there was talk of upping the basic dining to 50 and reincluding the appy and tip... no idea if that has been confirmed yetThanks Tanya
I've just seen this on the UK boards, apparently starting 2009 there is going to be a light DDP, it's already being sold by Virgin Holidays, this is what it says!
New Disney Quick Service Dining Plan
This is available to book for any booking departing from 11 January 2009 onwards.
The new Quick Service Dining Plan is in addition to the current Dining Plan and Deluxe Dining Plan.
Please Note:
These prices include 2 Quick Service meals and 2 snacks per person per day.
1 Refillable Resort Cup per person (can only be used in hotel where guests are staying, NOT in any Theme Parks).
It doesn't say anything on the Virgin website about that, also I wonder when they do free dining (if they do it) which DDP you'd getThat's interesting.... my guess is similar to the basic this year.... I sure hope they do it... but I don't think it is likelyIt doesn't say anything on the Virgin website about that, also I wonder when they do free dining (if they do it) which DDP you'd get![]()

) Probably should have had this up on page 1.. maybe next MONTH !!!

Do I have to tell you to take it easy too Kat? Watch your back Missy!
take it easy girl!! i would say, go have some drinks. that's what i would do if given those 2 choices.
OK...whoever was responsible for me reading the "Twilight" books...you are in trouble. I'm supposed to be doing stuff. What I'm actually doing...is reading!
Punks.
Kat - you're not gonna like me.... fond though my memories of PI may be, I'm with WDW on this one, strictly from an economic viewpoint. It's not making money anymore, and FL's economy NEEDS money coming in. Sorry! That said, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they find a way to keep AC a part of the new complex.
We got home, threw Jimmy in the bath, had grilled cheese for dinner, and now Jimmy is laying on the floor half asleep
Hopefully he will be asleep soon
