Well.. Sara came down with "Strep" yesterday... and we have a new case in the house today... ME Great.. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE Dr. I would rather be sleeping but I woke up and my throat , and the rest of me felt so bad.. I could not sleep.
INstead of coffee I am sipping some "Chicken Soup" I made yesterday.

Today's my first day of liquids, so that will be all kinds of fun. At least it'll be over soon and I'll be on the road to recovery. I broke down and cried last night b/c I'm just tired of feeling yucky. K wasn't sure what to do with me.

Anyway, the kids go to Grandma's in the morning, so hopefully we'll have a little fun today.

I know what to do with you... There you go!

BTW~Tink can't be in the sun for the next year without gobs of sunblock on her eyelid... Hmmmm, How am I gonna do that? I thought sunblock can't go on lids? Any suggestions of products that can? She also can't go swimming until they are out, which should be on the 4th The hospital sent me home with a suture removal kit and told me that we can do it ourselves. Right. No way! They do not know my little Tink! She is like the exorcist child.

They have this great kids sunscreen in...oh what's that catalog called...someone help me out. Individual people sell products...and it has mostly make-up...anyways...I seem to have a brain fart right now...but, that sunscreen for kids is ultrasensative and doesn't make them tear. Now...decipher that...

Jen2- I was pretty tempted to cut the picture to make my arms appear thinner, but it just seemed so wrong while I was holding the scissors...

I just printed on cardstock so Flat Dawn would be sturdier (like the real Dawn). Plus, I was too lazy to go to the photo place today.

Got back this afternoon from our weekend trip to Ohio to visit the family. It was a lot of fun, one of our best visits yet. Did a little shopping and got some nice stuff but most of the time was spent hanging out with family.

So glad you had a good visit! Great purchases! Love the Donney purse and wallet.

That's what we kept telling the bride. I swear if their marriage doesn't last 75+ years from all the luck they had then no one can make a marriage work. She had rain, a double rainbow, part of her theme was horse shoes, and then she had a cookie table. It's some kind of tradition in PA that supposed to bring you luck as well.

Not much planned here for us today. Both the kids and I are sick and are just kind of lounging around the house. I do need to go to the store to get some more cold meds though and pick something up for dinner. I'm thinking chicken noodle soup would be good.

We were host to the US Womans Open. We were lucky enough to get to go and view.
