Good morning Team Donald!!
A big congrats to Yrdlyprincess on being our biggest loser this week!!

And congrats to all the other top losers, including me. I was so excited to see my name up there. Big numbers don't come my way often, so I need to celebrate them.
Been busy with not enough dis time, but am still very focused and in control. Down a pound this morning to 201.8, so very excited and motivated to keep at it. If I step on the scale once and it's below 200, I'm not weighing again til after disney.
Got out for 3 mile run/walk this morning and decided that's the perfect length for me. Not too daunting when I first go out, can keep up my energy the whole time, and I get home with some time to spare on the dis before work.
Shawn- So sweet you wrote love letters to your men, and awesome dh got you a new camera!! So exciting. If I don't get early tomorrow, have a wonderful birthday!! It's my sisters birthday too and last year she turned 50 and we had a little party for her the kids made a big banner and I loved what michael wrote on it. "50's not old, 100 is!" So remember that, you're still so young!!
Pamela- congrats to dd on her new record. She must be so thrilled and you must be so proud of her. God bless you on teaching her to drive, that can not be easy. My friend is teaching her dd also, and she took me for a drive, and i was white knuckled the whole time. I guess it takes a while to figure out how close you are to things on the right side of the car, but man I thought we were going to hit a few things. I had a hard time teaching michael to ride his bike, so I can't imagine what driving will be like.
Dona- Sorry about the back. Hope you are able to give the rest it needs and you're feeling better soon. Backs are so touchy to deal with, but you definitely don't want to do too much too quick.
Julie- glad ds is feeling better, and went to work.

I'm sure you've got that gentle persuasive mom thing going on with him the must have helped him make the right decision. 63 sounds beautiful, and we may see that this week too!!!!
Buffy- I'm catching up to ya.

All the talk of the pain makes me really want to try out those kettleballs. Congrats on the c25k!! When I did it last year, I didn't do anything else, so I would think doing the kettle ball at the same time could affect you when you run. I also worked up to a 2.5 mile run straight, but could hardly walk the next day, so I decided that run/walk intervals worked better for me at my age and weight. I usually do 4 min run, 1 walk for shorter runs, and 2/1 for longer ones. It's a great program, and they also say if you need to repeat a week that's ok too. Keep up the great work. You're an exercising machine.
Disfam95- Welcome!! Congrats on your loss so far, you're off to a great start.
MacG- So sorry to hear about your grandmother. It's so nice to have the good memories at these sad times.
Lisa-You going to join us in the race to One-derland, aren't you!! We can get there this time!!!!
LTS- You are doing so great. Things like chocolate fondue are so tough to say no to, and you did it. Sorry the ibs is acting up, but even if it weren't I'd bet you'd have made the right decision. You're are going to be in ONederland before you know it!!
Hello to everyone I've missed. Keep on keeping on!! We can do this!!
Almost forgot the qotd, since I was having a hard time deciding which part to change. I think I'd go for the Tummy tuck, but a little breast reduction and lift would be nice too.
Have a great day everyone!!
