Good Friday morning Team Donald. We finallly made it to Friday. I am hearing the S word again for saturday morning. I do have to be somewhere on Saturday afternoon so it better turn to rain like they are saying.
I don't have classes today. we are in a lesson study (where you analyze a lesson and then do it again to make it better) today. Two people were supposed to do the lessons but my gf is not feeling well so I told her that I would do her class. Then yesterday we got word that the other person doing the other class is not coming so gf jumped back in. Yesterday was the last day of exams and I was going to leave early but since we had to do some planning I left almost at my normal time. Maybe we can leave early today when we finish our paperwork. The only problem with that is ds doesn't work today so I won't have the house to myself.

2/4 Friday QOTD: Who is your diet saboteur? How do you deal with her/him or them ?
I think that between myself and dh. I am always telling myself that if I use portion control I can try some things and then I don't use control. Dh is pretty good sometimes and then there is his trips to the store to get some ice cream even in an ice storm.
How did everyone do on my challenge for the week? I journaled all my food everyday except 1.
The new HH challenge is up. We all drink water so that is an easy one. The exercise is still a challenge for me. I can do it for 4 out of 7 days but I am going to try to get in my 7 days this week. The last one is pretty easy. we should all be able to do most of the challenge.
I did journal all my food yesterday but went over with some hot chocolate after yoga last night. I know it was because my knee was bothering me. I will plan better next week.
Off to get ready for school.

sorry for your off plan day. They happen. Forgive, forget and get back on track! 



I can't say I always win the struggle but I do kick myself in the tail and get back on track pretty quickly now if I do try to sabotage myself. 

I am up early today. I am so NOT a morning person. DD needed help getting some stuff together for school so I had to try to be conscious to help her.
. Then last night at a meeting I ran off to go the bathroom (drinking my water!) and came back and my friend next to me had written on my calendar for today "Lunch with Susie"
14 inches of snow and sleet is a "meh" storm???

It is certainly a lot harder to keep that resolve in week 5 than it was in week one and two. But just eating less than usual is still a victory you can celebrate!
So I may have some big changes coming up to prepare for but not exactly sure what they may end up being. I just don't know what to expect. Hopefully I don't get thrown off plan with eating and exercising if they come about. I may have to switch to tracking points if it comes down to no regular internet. My ex(Zoe's dad) has been talking with my brother since he got upset and looked him up on FB and sent him a PM. He is saying he is willing to put us up in Nashville again if my brother loses the place. Of course that doesn't help the issues but I would not mind giving Zoe the relationship with him and trying it out IF he's going to communicate how it will work. He didn't say anything when we went in Dec 2008 and I was out of savings to pay for our weekly rental. Work wasn't coming quick for me and I told him I won't be able to pay. He didn't offer any plans and I was scared and called my dad. I don't think that moving again will help job wise unless he knows of people he thinks I could work for to get some recent job history built up. I would not mind the move I hate it here and did love Nashville when I was there. I'll see what's coming up but its so stressful for my brother and I feel horrible. I came to try to help him when I found work it just hasn't been that easy to find something.
Didn't do any kind of tests-- I thought I was going to get a physical...since the last one I had was me 50 pounds heavier and passed with flying colors I was looking forward to really __________with this one lol. I got what I wanted anyway-- I'll be back on the pill soon.
